23/1/2020 06:36 | I can remember reading a quote from McD after the discovery announcement "It looks like we're going to be in Guyana for many years now". At the time I thought his words were strange. Now I know why. McD and McC should be facing criminal charges. Instead, they're living it up counting their millions. Absolutely disgraceful. | hsfinch
23/1/2020 05:33 | Finally they admit what some of us were saying for a long time. circa 5% Sulfur and circa 11 API. Now then, can you point me to OFFSHORE oil fields producing 11API and 5% Sulfur and also where the demand for this Super Heavy and Super Sulfur content oil is coming from ????? | pro_s2009
23/1/2020 05:25 | Good PPT Jimarillo . Basically 65 USD oil would mean 250m USD FCF, 60 USD 150m FCF | leoneobull
23/1/2020 05:22 | KenyaAccording to our sources, it will be on January 27 that officials from the ministries of finance, justice and petroleum should meet to decide whether or not to grant amendments to the fiscal terms of the oil contracts for blocks 10B and 13T operated by Tullow Oil, Africa Oil and Total | leoneobull
23/1/2020 00:32 | Not sure if the presentation was posted here | jimarilo
22/1/2020 23:28 | When you have world leaders suggesting that fossil fuels are yesterday's news at Davos, at 5 minute intervals on Bloomberg it is not going to be a good day, best week for oil stocks. The reality is the world is hungry for energy. Renewables are years away from quenching global thirst, especially in the 2nd & 3rd world nations. I will wait & watch for a significant bounce when once the PR dream has ended, common sense returns | breakconvention
22/1/2020 20:33 | In just 22 million volume (above 65 day average), i see 98.7% distribution within the volume. .Were they all distressed? | sentimentrules

22/1/2020 20:29 | 2.4 million sold at 49.60 which means there was a distress seller. This will gain all the lost ground tomorrow. | wildsheroo

22/1/2020 17:49 | On a separate point, does anybody know how Crispin Odey made out...he was famously short Tullow for ages. And he was right. Just took a while. Hope he made a few bob. | hsfinch
22/1/2020 17:47 | This company cannot survive. There's no point to it as management and staff are useless. Shareholders simply must insist on asset sales. Country by country. If they get their skates on, they might be left with a pound a share. It's better than nothing. To quote Boris...let's get the sell-off done. | hsfinch
22/1/2020 17:00 | I don’t know why a number on here continue to post Total will acquire. There’s no precedent for this at the levels of debt seen and surely it would be better to wait to see the business fail? Today’s movement down speaks volumes, fearful. | smartie6
22/1/2020 16:18 | No big buyers for tlw because of the uncertainty and no ceo - so the shorters can keep it down and down with nothing to encourage buying. The chance of new negative news shrouds tlw. 12 month recovery play IMO | wodahsnoom
22/1/2020 16:01 | I’m not sure that would sweeten things enough to have much impact. All recent news is gloomy. The last find turned out to be hardly worth pursuing and the one prior to that is sour. | melodymaker

22/1/2020 15:31 | Its odvious TOTAL will be looking here.. + maybe Repsol | amaretto1
22/1/2020 15:17 | Sbb1x It is unlikely there will be a big buyer until the March update. All the gas processing issues are basic engineering problems which have lead times. Judging by comments from field partners ,I believe the old management mistimed delivery of some crucial components and we are late on the maintenance upgrade .I suspect Dorothy did not want to put her name to more optimistic production numbers until the gas processing was uprated to 180mmscuf from 150. Even if the Ghanaians are too slow in taking the excess free associated gas, there are other solutions such as pumping excess gas by a spur into Enyenra, where the FPSO has plenty of spare capacity. Uganda is a proven world class field . The Tullow equity stake determines operatorship of one of the main fields there ... to say it has little value is ignorance of the highest magnitude. That being said with pre emption entitlements it will be more of a two horse race unless offers are too lowball. Please do not rely on the accuracy of facts or opinions expressed when making an investment decision.Booty | bootycall
22/1/2020 14:57 | EU is good for certain things. We need a big buyer, hopefully a big gun starts seeing value here and starts buying big. | sbb1x
22/1/2020 14:52 | I notice they caught a Swede returning from Thailand wanted for murder in London using a European Arrest Warrant....yesterday | leoneobull |
