Thanks nicebut. TLW at a similar % of shorts as CNE, whereas PMO are now at Zero according to shortracker. I can understand why CNE short position is going up due to Indian Tax Dispute Arbitration stuff. Surprised TLW hasn't come down more - which it may do in the next few days, with new declarations.

Almost definitely...Wasn`t long ago total shorts would jump .5% or 1% everytime an ii went back to .5% or over it.. c41.3m is bare minimum. IMO

sux_2bu an alternative scenario could be breaking out of the ascending upper trend line at the 4th attempt (c285p) and sailing off into the distant 350's. Not saying it's going to happen and unlikely to happen in one move if it did.

Seems pretty strong to me...flirting with moving on up. IMO of course.

V Short term might pull back a tad but reckon market likes $77-$80 PoO.

Reckon the II's are buying this after the presentations earlier in week. Oil price going one way so this will rise to £3 very quickly.. Shorts closing as well.

Of course it will fall back, nothing goes up in a straight line, except possibly netflix. In theory a retrace could easily occur back to early 200s.

This share price is about the same level as it was at 2016, but I see it as it was on 2005, except this time it's on the other side of the bell shape. I must say it has been a good run up, to 14 then downwards.On my books this company is done. Personally I think Aiden should have resigned at 2013-14 to allow for someone else to take over and diversify their assets.

i know where you're coming from n73, but without an oil price correction of some sort, it's not obvious that the shares are going to fall out of bed - there's nothing particularly concerning on the operations side (except for Kenya - I won't mention that again).
