Also, they are carrying a massive tax loss through the organisation which might support them in being even more cash generative, circa £70M in tax losses which might be able to re-coup circa £17M

I'm a holder here and was in the middle of writing up my notes - posted these on my blog which mainly refer to their annual report: hxxps://jimmywilson612.blogspot.com/2025/05/trufin-losing-momentum-or-being.html

Would appreciate people reading and giving them any of their thoughts. On the positive, clearly great that they are annoucning a trading ahead RNS, but with continued slow-down of revenue for later on this year.

Does this mean, we could get another Trading Ahead statement later on this year, or is the buy-back giving management a leg up to hit their LTIP shareholder rewards...

The shares are currently very tightly held , including over 72% with major shareholders. (Currently c106m shares in issue.)

A share buy back of up to £4m will obviously further reduce availability , causing the share price to go higher as TRU, I suspect issue further ahead of market expectations TUs later this year.

As predicted.....boom. I particularly like the comment about Playstack being a compelling asset as a standalone company or for a trade buyer. I suspect 12x ebitda or 120m is the internal view some 50percent higher.

I have not seen anything. Could be that we are due a TU with the AGM approaching in June. My bet is that we will have another exceeds expectations driven by Playstack/Balatro. Balatro sales trajectory since release has been; Mar24 1m units, Aug24 2m, Dec24 3.5m, Jan25 5m.

Welcome jeanesy, you have a decent entry point imo, 2 excellent businesses, one with recovery potential and a bag of cash and i suspect playstack is worth the marketcap alone.

Wow........Q1 revenue growth. Outlook - 89m FY25 based on 2 months actuals run rate so circa 60percent yoy growth, satago has a new tier 1 banking client to replace Lloyds and Oxygen sounds like it has found a niche with no competition. I have not even mentioned gamestack!
