About time Management started some PR and showed how this “transformational deal” for Satago with Lloyds will impact the share price because so far it is down over 20%!

Deal has no impact on this years revenue projections so I would assume the software will be available more towards the back end of the quarter.Anyone hoping for a big rally and to exit will be disappointed but anyone planning to hold here medium to long term should do very very well.

…….Satago will receive a recurring fee for each Bank customer which utilises its platform, plus one-off implementation fees…..


So is the one-off implementation fee paid when the Bank starts using the system or when each individual bank customer starts using the system, not clear whether it’s a large upfront payment in a few weeks or regular upfront payments as each customer utilises the system.

Yes, really need the Lloyd's and Sage deal pricing so we can estimate how much it's worth. Until that RNS drops I can't see much improvement in the share price.
