So NRI goes up 22m but we only end up with 5m of it largely because mgt fees absorbed a big chunk of it. Anyhow good news is that val drop translates nicely into reduced fees next year but we will still have the income and more of it to easily cover the divi and lift it up again next year. Of course that might not quite play out this way if valuers start to decide that perhaps they've overcooked the reductions given how well the market is still performing in logistics.

Nice increase in dividend, but property value fallen because of current mirco environment, which is out of their hands. A hold and add for me... certainly one for the patient investors...

Think Amazon just overreached space needed - not necessarily any implication for others.

Not read in depth but it seems that N.America fared better than the rest and that the relative strength of the dollar has had a large impact on its international businesses. It also appears that its overexpansion of its warehousing in 2020/21 and its subsequent reduction is having its inevitable effect on finances. AWS by comparison I thought appeared to have held up well though the recession again has had the inevitable impact. Hopefully 2023 is Ground Zero as it were and from here we find some sort of stability ( barring any further catastrophes).
So far BBOX and my other reits seem to have held up better than I feared so maybe Fri was part of the reaction.

Possibly a bit Most REITs sold of on Friday correcting Thursdays big jump - though logistics REITs did seem to sell of a little more Could also have been a little bit down to the hot US non farm payrolls and expectations of higher rates (though treasuries didn't sell off too much)

Amazon weakness was AWS (cloud computing services) related

Just the sp's :-(. The results were reported last week - Thurs I think. Any chance that was part of the reason behind the pretty steep falls Friday do you think?

Just read that Could well impact sentiment and tomorrows share price But given vacancy levels and demand; Amazon shifting some grey space isn't going to crash rental levels

Mmmm. Telegraph reporting that Amazon planning to sublet UK warehouses after suffering worst annual loss on record. No doubt after the euphoria on Thursday it will be business resumed tomorrow !! Not going to have a positive effect on rents methinks. Anyone of a different opinion?

REACT NEWS certainly looks to be the best source for all commercial property news; however £5100pa a bit steep - though does appear to be for 3 subscribers. Obviously a corporate subscription it would seem.

Incidentally, one of their stories is headed:

"Columbia Threadneedle wins consent for 2m sq ft London logistics park"

Any listed opportunities there? Was that why CTPT jumped a little yesterday?

BBOX (in a JV) just sold on a forward fund basis 83k to logicor in Dartford Looks to be about £300 psf Not a huge amount of cash coming to BBOX but could on validating values and shoes the development pipeline can be funded

Seems to me that all the stuff I have been gleaning from pundits, analysts and news snippets (as well as Mr Cooper) have been on the button and REITS especially BBOX have a recognized underlying value/strength. I wouldnt be surprised if they have a bit to run yet.
