Sounds easier to wait until they are trading and then buy from your isa.

saj3 - when you get the share certificate, transfer it into your broker account (non-ISA) then instruct your broker to "bed-and-ISA" the shares. It's worth checking that they will do this. Otherwise, sell and buy within the ISA.

I wanted to buy it in my isa. If I apply it separately will I be able to transfer it in?

I'm giving this one a miss after doing the Aberdeen one a few months ago. Think this particular sector is getting a tad hot. Land Securities at a 30% discount and low LTV is starting to look good value.

Phoned HL Since beginning of the year this type of investment is known as 'Other complex investments' They are not allowed to advertise these IPO's. Can still invest via HL Procedure Hold cursor over MY Account. Drop down on left hand side press 'account settings' Drop down on left press 'Share dealing and live prices' Bottom of page Press 'other complex investments' and complete questionnaire Phone HL brokers 01179809800 ( or check number for yourselves) and make investment - no fee Have not done the investment yet as considering amount

saj3, belgravia - you don't need an intermediary. There's an application form at the back of the prospectus (link in post #837, p170), minimum is £1,000. Normal process is they send you a certificate which you can keep or transfer in to your broker.

All | can find on HL is the price of EBOX unchanged at £1.00. Nothing in the IPO news section (which I have to say is not very comprehensive at the best of times)and no mention of any prospectus available or coming. Looks like they are either very slow or not participating.

I can't see anything on AJ Bell about participating in EBOX which is a shame.

Nothing seems to be happening to the eurobox IPO, 2 web sites mentioned on jonwigs link are both dead and my broker (H-L) has nothing about this even though there is only a week or so before applications close.

While this continuing method of raising funds at a minimum discount to the benefit of the big guys in the investment community I would appreciate a clawback option for smaller shareholders who might want to benefit from the discount, lack of fees and stamp duty and this case the immediate benefit of a dividend but I see that the cost to the company of this well executed system and seeming surety of success in raising capital for geared expansion of the portfolio is acceptable to the market as the share price seems to continue its upward move within a reasonable time of the fund raising. As long as there is a surplus of new projects this will no doubt continue. So far it has provided me overall with almost equal benefit from income and share price growth.i’m looking more from income than Capital growth in the medium term.

TMI update @150p in last issue finished with: "Liberum forecasts upgraded NAV per share of 149p this year and 157p next, while the dividend should be 6.8p. Tritax is well positioned to benefit from increased demand for its Big Boxes due to e-commerce and we remain buyers."
