Always encouraging to see a director put £50K of his own cash into the shares.

Cheers,

Strong showing this afternoon may well be the result of a large purchase by the wife of an NED, announced a little while ago.

looking very strong at the moment. I'm not much of a chartist, but this looks like its been in a 140p - 150p trading range since Feb 17, and is now testing the 150p resistance level again. Could we finally be about to break out?

Working on the theory we can all make mistakes but as you are obviously concerned about this leading to a major falure in management control and diligence I hope you have taken it up with the CFO if you think he is remiss.

The end of March (29th) was the Q4 2017 dividend. I'm referring to the Q1 2018 which is supposedly declared "early May" for payment "late May".

Jonwig, I was in the IR business for several decades...it's sloppy, misleading and reflects badly on the capability of management to manage a simple reporting function - which resides in the CFO's bailiwick. These minor issues can be signals as to what is going on deeper within the reporting lines.

" scallywag - the website is clearly wrong, but the announcement was made on 7 March and the divi paid at the end of March.

They've moved to quarterly divis,, which I imagine is the cause of the mixup. Keeping the website in good order is often delegated to a very junior person, or even a schoolkid on work-experience!

Dividend announcement well over due if website timetable to be believed. Reflects badly when companies don't follow their own guidance. Meet it, or update it.

sharmeen.

Think you must be on the wrong thread as Tritax dividend was paid on 29 March (ex div on 15 March).

Unless in error you're looking at the dividend declared in April 2017 (ie last year) which did go ex dividend on 4 May....

Sold out today, may go a bit higher but am sure there will be opportunities to buy back at a lower price at a later date but I may be wrong

Seems to me this compamy are doing a lot of things right and whilst I am happy with the divi in the mneantime, it would be nice to see capital appreciation which means a break through the 150p ceiling.

Norland - I have just moved to North Wales - living in llandyrnog just outside Denbigh. Where are you?

I guess, to interest the private shareholders in a placing, they would require to offer a larger discount and the issue would incur more costs. The price is within the trading range of the share so don’t feel negative about this.
