04/2/2019 13:31 | Wingrove4 wrote: "I doubt wether he will get what he is asking for" I will get exactly what I asked for. Due to my holding of 7053 BBOX, I have the option of buying 919 shares @ £1.30 each. Because I had no cash in my SIPP and I've maxed out my contribution for this tax year and the previous three years, then the only option I have, if I want to take up the offer, is to sell something. So I sold 867 shares at a tad over 1.39, which will allow me to buy back the 919 I'm entitled to. Subsequently, today, I've just had a dividend payment in - so I've also applied for a few hundred extra shares - I doubt I'll get those - but hey, worth a punt. Cheers, PJ | pj fozzie

03/2/2019 17:45 | hi, after this issue I decided I would like a similar themed investment but not UK focused. Logical fund was the Tritax EuroBox but this isn't available on interactive brokers as it's classified as a sophisticated investment - which is odd that BBOX isn't and that one is. Anyhow, does anyone have any interesting European focused REITs that would fit the bill? My base case for European interest rates is they will take many years to go up and consequently a fund similar to BBOX will be a good income and growth mix - just want to avoid commercial unless it's super discounted. | pyufak
01/2/2019 22:13 | Yes but I was responding to pj fozzie who wroteWell my BBOX shares are in my SIPP, which is fully invested and I'm at my limit for FY18/19 contributions. Have just sold 867 BBOX which gives me just enough (after the £10 sale commission) for buying back 919 BBOX at the cheaper price. All things being equal - an extra 52 shares for nothing - that's OK then.I doubt wether he will get what he is asking for | wingrove4
01/2/2019 10:19 | This is a good dividend payer where you strip the dividend free of tax. Growth will be slow but sure with some development potential so as to make this company a little different to other property companies. A very well run business............ | anley
31/1/2019 10:13 | I was lucky enough (no particular skill involved) to have sold out in November 2017 and bought back in a year later. I have taken up my allocation and applied for 8 times that number again, as I expect the excess to be scaled back substantially. Of course, the risk is that the share price falls below 130p and with one of the previous offers the share price did fall below the offer price, briefly. Realistically though, would I be happy to receive my application in full? And the answer is, at 130p yes. | greatgiginthesky
31/1/2019 09:19 | I've taken mine too plus applied for excess....let's see how it goes :-) | cheshire man
