20/10/2016 12:15 | I've had a reply to my complaint to Selftrade about the length of time this is taking, they have confirmed: "We will be crediting customer's accounts with refund payments due to the scale back of the offer. I can not confirm when the funds will be credited, but you will be advised when these funds are returned" So that's cleared that up then... | jamescadge
20/10/2016 11:07 | Ineptitude and lack of communication for a start - the shares didn't appear until late yesterday afternoon - a full day after they were tradeable and they have still yet to communicate any details post 30th September. I've been with them since 1984 and they are normally pretty timely, but this isn't really acceptable from a FTSE100 company. | skinny
20/10/2016 10:57 | I'm with HL and can see the additional shares I received via the open offer. What's the problem? | alter ego
20/10/2016 10:40 | Try The Share Center.........you will get service but it seems not with HL and the others who don't spend capital on IT. | anley
20/10/2016 10:23 | Yes - still waiting at HL - and still no communication. Civility costs nothing! | skinny
20/10/2016 09:42 | I have finally received my allocation, also got 74.7% of my application, am with Selftrade too. I haven't yet received back my cash from the shares I didn't get, anyone else still waiting on this? | jamescadge
19/10/2016 19:26 | I'd be interested to know what variation there was,if any, in the % received for the excess application between brokers if people would care to comment. I got 74.7% at Selftrade. Thanks | nitnia
19/10/2016 16:59 | Yes - so have I - and still no communication!!! | skinny
19/10/2016 16:54 | Rather oddly, I have been allocated 74.66% of my Excess Application. Go figure. | greatgiginthesky
19/10/2016 13:12 | Most importantly they had not communicated the problem. A simple message on the website was surely not too difficult to arrange. We want an explanation of why they were incapable of handling this share offering in a timely and efficient way AND what they are going to change before the next offer they are involved in. I have no intention of selling these but would like the money back for the ones I didn`t get. | tyranosaurus
19/10/2016 08:44 | Thanks for the link, but it doesn't detract from the fact that :- a) they haven't formally informed their clients of the allocation. and more importantly b) we are unable to trade the shares - which I'm personally in no rush to do, but is a point of principle. Having just spoken to them again - they will be allocated today - I have asked for a formal complaint to be noted. | skinny
18/10/2016 20:38 | HL allocation info: hxxp://www.hl.co.uk/ | rik shaw
18/10/2016 18:27 | got my stock and dumped em better than a kick in pants | larva
18/10/2016 18:05 | All I`ve had from HL since I sent them a secure message is a junk email. They are hopeless. | tyranosaurus
18/10/2016 17:00 | its appalling some customers have had a different experience than others! | nimbo1
18/10/2016 15:55 | I applied to the open offer through HL - received a message on Friday with the numbers and they were tradable in my account this morning. | ianbrewster
18/10/2016 14:12 | Apparently HL are reconciling the allocations 'even as we speak' and we will be informed later today! The first time that I've had to follow up a day old secure message with a phone call. | skinny
18/10/2016 14:02 | I also await being able to trade my allocated new shares at H&L | rathlindri
18/10/2016 13:48 | I have sent HL a secure message and await some response. nurdin Why can no one trade the new shares yet, they were supposed to be able to from 8.00am this morning ? | tyranosaurus
18/10/2016 13:35 | I have had the same problem with HL. However it shows the full amount I applied for I can't trade them. I think I received full allocation because on the 13th there was a deduction of monies ref BBOX in my account history. I sent them an email enquiring why this wasn't yet sorted. Out of interest Barclays are the same - can't trade those either. | nimbo1
18/10/2016 13:33 | No one can trade the new shares yet.I have bought more in the open market | nurdin
18/10/2016 13:31 | Hargreaves Lansdown are not doing themselves any favours here. Still not able to trade the new shares, not that I want to, and not even showing the number I have got. They are still showing my Gulf Keystone shares that I didn`t get as "Rejected Open Offer Election" with a cost shown. I haven`t got these. They should remove them. Will be sending a strongly worded email to HL and, depending on their reply, start looking around for another broker. Noted anley recommends the Share Centre. | tyranosaurus
18/10/2016 11:17 | Why don't you all get a good broker such as the Share Centre who look after their customers. In the meantime the market is digesting the offer and the small punters will be selling to make a small return and the big institutions mopping these shares up as a secure yielding share for their long term portfolios. | anley
18/10/2016 10:05 | The new shares were credited to my Youinvest account after hours last night, and are tradeable this morning. | lizafl
18/10/2016 09:34 | Yes skinny/trex - I noted the same - have to say that their service levels are not the same as they were a few years back | joe say |
