26/1/2018 10:23 | Cheers Mark, Just me blowing off some steam, not intending to go anywhere just yet with this share. Too much upside. Good management with skin in the game and making money. Not able to top at present, otherwise like you I would. | uapatel
26/1/2018 10:02 | Oil looking solid. | mark10101
26/1/2018 09:12 | Uapetal, hang in there. I think we are at the price we are at because people are jostelling for a position. It is why I bought the same amount yesterday as I did when we relisted last year. Obviously I got half the number of shares but to me they represent better value now than then. With oil where it is it has come just at the right time to significantly de risk TRIN. What we have seen is TRIN can make it’s moves any time and they are rarely tied into news. As you say hold on tight to your holding and let the market sort this out. Maybe we will have another good day today. | mark10101
26/1/2018 09:01 | Mark, Must admit when I went to the presentation last year Bruce said he was going to do more focused presentations to get the message out, he held up WH as being a good point to start with. I had high hopes for the share price increasing to a fairer value then. Well here we are and WTI over 65USD, if the people who WH pass on their research can't see it previously not sure changing the figures is going to change their mind, assuming WH have that much clout. Think we are only likely to move up in earnest when we get the next update for Trinity. (Hopefully I will be proved wrong) Holding my shares, especially as the share price is nuts at present, but admit to being jaded. Still it's Friday so not that bad. Good luck all holders. | uapatel
26/1/2018 08:48 | I wonder if Whitman Howard are going to revise their research not with oil at $65. Oil was around $50 with the view of lower for longer still being the mantra. | mark10101
25/1/2018 13:59 | A good rocket for TRIN | mark10101
25/1/2018 13:30 | Looking strong this afternoon, if there has been a seller maybe he is clearing. | mark10101
25/1/2018 12:31 | ive bought in at 16.4. | glennborthwick
25/1/2018 12:14 | NAFNAF we have $200m of losses so quite a few more years yet. | mark10101
25/1/2018 12:12 | Trinity isn't just exempt from PPT for the present, its sheltered for the foreseeable future. Years and years. Current tax loss pool is over 200 million USD dollars ! | whiskeyinthejar
25/1/2018 12:03 | Posted to wrong thread above. | marvelman
25/1/2018 11:51 | That level of profit reflects the fact that Trin are exempt from paying ppt for the present, because it is offset by past losses. Not sure when ppt kicks in again but I guess that would have the impact of halving the current level of profit to under £10m per annum, which is still health but combined with spt does not provide a particularly attractive return on any high cost investment. | nafafa
25/1/2018 11:51 | SM that’s right, plenty to clear debt even if that is all we do for the first half of the year. I am here for much much higher prices and I think they will come later in the year and into next year. Also I have based that on 2850bopd, which is hopefully conservative. | mark10101
25/1/2018 10:34 | Mark So assuming 2m dollars per month and exchange rate around 1.4 Trin are making about £17m per annum. With growing production good reserves and the bonus of high impact wells in the future once the debt and cln have been paid. S | shrewdmole
25/1/2018 09:26 | I have edited to add more to my last post. In the September half year report they have it down as $28.2. I just use $30 to be on the safe side. | mark10101
25/1/2018 09:24 | Not too shabby then | shrewdmole
25/1/2018 09:21 | Hi SM, yes that is correct but the all in including G&A across the whole company is $30 which is cautious. “Reduced consolidated operating breakeven price by 6% to USD 28.2/bbl (H1 2016: USD 29.9/bbl).” | mark10101
25/1/2018 09:10 | Mark I thought offshore was $30 cost but on shore about $18? Glad to assume all at the higher level to be conservative | shrewdmole
25/1/2018 09:06 | At $66 oil and with taking off SPT (average 22%) leaves us with $54 a $24 per barrel profit. At hopefully a conservative 2850 bopd prudcution rate that is $2m per month profit. Refute these numbers if you disagree but valuation here is exceptional imo. | mark10101
25/1/2018 08:56 | First purchase for me since we relisted, I think it represents greater value at 15p than it did at 7p. | mark10101
25/1/2018 08:44 | Some nice buys this morning. It's crazy being on a pe of less than 3!!! | shrewdmole
25/1/2018 07:54 | It will close the WTI Brent spread hopefully. | mark10101
25/1/2018 07:48 | The US weak dollar is also encouraging exports of US oil - nearly 1 million barrels a day - which in turn is contributing to record US production which is set to overtake Saudi production - 10.3 million bopd | croasdalelfc |
