09/4/2024 19:42 | “Let’s hope for better days ahead” -ACT. Now that made me laugh! Somehow I think ACT would rather get a frequent gout attack than see better days ahead for Trinity! | aqc888
09/4/2024 19:27 | Thumbs up to that! | nocents
09/4/2024 18:36 | Ab is probably more exposed to Trinity than the rest of us. Therefore he is probably more pragmatic, risk adverse and studied the detailed more closely. Sometimes however it’s better to stand back a bit and see the broader picture of things not working out on a wider scale. Through all our frustration at various failures and the share price currently offering ridiculous value to new comers, I doubt a change of management would effect the sale price of any assets nor the profitability going forward. At current levels the value will ooze out one way or another, of that there is little doubt. | aqc888
09/4/2024 18:24 | Fair enough. Let us hope for better days ahead. | arlington chetwynd talbott
09/4/2024 17:54 | Lol again. Yes you have not been vicious and nasty in that way. That is quite horrible. I don’t need to search for anything. He is just a human being, no matter what you think about what he says. Shoot the message not the messenger. Let’s leave it now. I have had the second worst 2 years of my own life and am so damn weary of where it has left me and family. Let’s move on. But thanks for making me smile twice :-) | nocents
09/4/2024 17:49 | Lol. Made me smile. ( A feat after my horrible day stuck 7 hours in a multistorey with my car broken down)! Stress at factor 50 SPF | nocents
09/4/2024 17:49 | Remind me what I have said about Ab76 that is so appalling (apart from criticising his take on TRIN). Go on, find me one Pavey Ark-style personal comment. | arlington chetwynd talbott
09/4/2024 17:45 | Indeed. I am not sure what this BoD would have to do to alienate Ab76 - I shudder to think. | arlington chetwynd talbott
09/4/2024 17:44 | Actually ACT it is just the limitations of posting. I would indeed prefer the BOD out already. I just didn’t say that. I do think they have shown an inability to get to grips with both the oil industry and the stock market. I am not favouring another chance, just working on what is reality. They are staying on and need to sort out the mess they caused. I don’t want to get caught up in semantics here. We can’t remove them anyway…so let’s just live with that, eh? And move on to what is possible. I don’t mind you disagreeing with me about anything. I just think for goodness sake take your claws out of Ab. Nobody has to be influenced. As Spiderman said…we always have a choice. All the posters here signed up to a movement to remove the BOD. It just wasn’t possible. Let’s discuss the possible. As I said, with respect, your obsession with Ab is unhealthy and bordering on delusional. I don’t mean that with any bad feeling. ( I have enough hang-ups myself!! )Just leave him alone for goodness sake. Talk about other things. I lost faith in Trin as much as anyone could after Jacobin. Gonna take a miracle or a change of commandeers ( BOD) to renew it. I kid not. No complacency. Just a breakeven of £1.30 that I do not want to crystallize . Trin has not served me well. | nocents
09/4/2024 16:51 | For whatever reason AB chose not to contribute to the discussions regarding potential shareholder action. I guess now that he considers that to be done, dusted and forgotten he can resume his posting in support of the existing arrangement, I fear his faith in that is misplaced. | nafafa
09/4/2024 12:46 | There is your mistake - you want the BOD out if they do not sort this mess out. In other words, you are giving them yet another chance. As for Ab76, he is the epitome (or is emblematic, however you want to put it) of the complacency that has served folk so badly here. You may not like to see him criticised when he is telling you what you want to hear, but he is really not helping. | arlington chetwynd talbott
09/4/2024 11:05 | nocents - can you not see what is happening here?I have long contended that the BoD need to see us coming to take their salaries away before they will genuinely think about shareholder value. You have talked before about contacting the BoD, but their true colours have been on display for quite a while now, so that is utterly pointless - as demonstrated by your own experience going down that route.I thought the necessity of a move against the BoD was something that others were beginning to recognise, but I can see that ahead of the coming update some folk - yourself included - are being enticed all too easily back into the Ab76 complacency camp. I cannot believe that folk are yet again buying into his tired narrative that TRIN is some kind of money making machine. So good luck to Ab76 building that ramp. With willing helpers he might get it all the way to the late 40s or even the early 50s ahead of the Q1 update. But I am pretty sure that the Q1 update will be a rude awakening. Even PA almost gets that.If you want a meaningful and sustainable share price recovery, kick the bums out. | arlington chetwynd talbott
09/4/2024 10:12 | It is getting a bit silly to shoot down anything potentially positive. Potentially positive. There is no ramping going on. People have wised up to ineptness. Perenco border Trin’s Galeota field btw and produce from it. Disagree with individual points, but not obsessively across the board. With respect, it is mildly delusional. | nocents
09/4/2024 10:09 | Apologies to the readersof the creepy board.....away from home ...busy morning and using my tablet.Sorry about the inclusion of reasoned information and I appreciate it must have come as a shock. For my part I've run a deep security scan.......hmmm...no | pavey ark
09/4/2024 10:08 | The 24k @ 41p reported as a sale was obviously a buy... | skyship
09/4/2024 09:49 | Although there is little doubt that Trin is making money and I predict that the year end cash will be substantial I must be pointed out that the Q1 cash is usually not as much as expected.Simple fact is that Q1 includes a number of one off costs ( for the year).....insurance, licence fees etc.( I always thought that the SPT costs were three months in arrears but sometimes difficult to work out......should be plain enough here as no SPT due in Q1 but there could be a payment for offshore from Q4 last year )All of this is almost irrelevant.......... | pavey ark
09/4/2024 09:33 | Getting your excuses in early, PA? | arlington chetwynd talbott

09/4/2024 07:48 | Ab76 - so what? | arlington chetwynd talbott
08/4/2024 23:33 | Meaningful profit? I think not. You are buying into the Ab76 narrative that TRIN is a money making machine. The more you and others do that, the less likely you are to move against this awful BoD. The end Q1 Jacobin update and cash balance should be a rude enough awakening to get the mutiny back on track, but valuable time has been lost. | arlington chetwynd talbott
08/4/2024 20:52 | But it is. It has swuandered millions, but is making profit for the first time since 2014. | nocents
08/4/2024 20:50 | I thought the annual allowance for pensions was £1,073k . You can also use previous years. So a late bed and brekkie is possible. | nocents |
