Still a high risk play IMHO.

If financing on reasonable terms is obtained this could fly, but TRIN now have negative current assets of $40m following termination of the Tochstone deal.

Mark - we will only receive the $2.08m deposited in escrow. Big loss to touchstone as we still hold onto all our assets.

No it was this I was referring to

"As a result, the sale of the Blocks to Touchstone will not complete and the deposit of US$2.08 million, currently held in escrow, is expected to be released to Touchstone under the terms of the Touchstone SPA and a related escrow agreement."

My assumption was with Touchstone not completing we were due another deposite. Rereading it I am less sure we will receive it?

Well it looks like the managment reshuffle has made my corruption calls redundant. We have a team that want to actually get us through this all slump in one piece doing what any sensible managment team would do. That RNS is my prefered RNS to one saying the sale goes through. Another $2 million for doing little. Helps reduce debt.

It will be interesting to see if the maket was valuing Trin on the bases that equity was being sold out. Now we are not, with the production and assets we have, we must have an enterprise value of £30-40 million, that gives some scope for significant rise from here.

Think that dodgy set up led by Pemberton are after the Centrica assets we failed to purchase. With other oilers bouncing and heading for the Sky TRINs lack of ability to ralley looks like corruption in the wings.

guys do you think we are going to get a placing at this share price ..so l g are selling out but not like a classic overhang play ie selling at 3p to keep share price low...knowing they will be allowed back on placing??? in that way share price is kept in check until deal done???otherwise if they were trully getting out share price would collapse to 1p and then bounce???

is just like tpl has been manipulated???think similar process here???
