Not a single trade today. Is this dead? Anyone any idea what is going on after 26 extensions?

I am hardly worried by the twaddle from Phoenix. I merely point out that it would make sense for Segel if they wished to continue building a stake.

Not so Phoenix - notwithstanding the fact that Legal are offloading, there is a buyer soaking them up. Soon, Legal will be out of the way - with scarcity of sellers, if Segel or anyone else wants to increase exposure, well, the price is going higher.

What I cannot fathom is why Segel don't just approach Legal and transact in an orderly way, rather than allowing Legal to offload in the market. I assume o course that Segel wish to continue their buying spree...

So, there you have it Phoenix - notwithstanding your clams of doom and gloom, Legal sold some 1.6mln the past few days and the price firmed, not reduced as you had forecast. The selling form Legal is being absorbed with great ease, and the 3.8mln to go will be taken with similar ease. Once Legal are out, then the price will really march higher.

well if the 950k in total was done yesterday...then looks like lg are close to 4mill...and if selling carries on at this rate then lg out next week!!!!

taken another 50k...dont think overhang is going to be as long as i thought...and might as well get them b4 the herd tries to buy volume...4mill shares...not enough to go round???

just checked the 900k was bought...so this 950k will be announced...leaves 4mill odd left for lg to get rid off...and if 1mill per day then next week overhang gone assuming no pi's want any stock???if pi's want any then think a squeese is about to happen now.

But the price held - by definition, each transaction has two parties to the trade, a willing buyer and a willing seller. The price at which any trade is executed depends on the willingness of each of the parties to either buy or sell. This thesis of a trade being 'either a buy or sell' is a myth espoused by novice punters. Where do you think the 950,000 sold went to? Some sort of invisible pot? No, a counter party to the sale took them on.

Anyway, I am expecting Segel to continue to absorb any selling from Legal - that should maintain the price - indeed, once Legal are out, the price should motor ahead.

Phoenix,

There is no evidence that Segel have finished - I suspect Legal will continue to dump, but, given the price action today, it would not surprise me that Segel are soaking them up.

quite a few AT trades today....so question is lg selling and the fund buying????think we may have a few more weeks of this...shy of 5mill to go...1mill/week sell 5 weeks???any higher volume goes quicker any slower and will take longer so lg out by may???unless they try to get out and crash share price then out quicker...but since they seem to want to get back something this selling has been going on months...dont see them selling up in a week at crash price...so more waiting:)
