03/1/2020 11:29 | Restricted buy size online. I am only able to get quotes less than 20K shares. | galaxy enforcer
02/1/2020 23:42 | PUG I see that ADVFN also has the gearing at 48% so considerably lower than Stockopedia. Might hit a few more peoples radar tomorrow following todays rise off the lows. Too many stocks out there have been hit by either Brexit or Tariff woes and now have share prices which really are not justified. If you search around you can still seek value. | galaxy enforcer
02/1/2020 17:40 | Another thing which I do like is that the old chairman, now an Non Exec, is currently holding a very large number of shares in the company. Builds some confidence. The news regarding the tariff situation in China currently seems to be getting better which will naturally impact the company positively. As I have said most of the bad news was thrown at the price with the half year report. A little sprinkling of good news will have a seriously positive effect and I expect people will be positioning themselves over the next few months to appreciate the anticipated recovery. | galaxy enforcer
02/1/2020 15:24 | GF= Agreed - Still trying to clarify the Stockopedia gearing figure but looks to be based on market capitalisation - | pugugly
02/1/2020 14:21 | Getting increasingly difficult to buy in any size at this price. The good news is that with the Chinese Tariff situation sorting itself out it should benefit the company considerably. | galaxy enforcer
02/1/2020 12:56 | PUG thank you for your concern. I note the risks and see them already well and truly factored into the current price, with a little more. The last few years have not been a good time for TCN but hopefully that will change. Gearing seems to be 46.2% as per the half year results however they are sitting on over £18M of assets. | galaxy enforcer
02/1/2020 11:35 | GE - Been on my watch list ofr ages but take care - Debt £3,469K - so gearing over 84% (Stockopedia) Goodwill and intangibles £792K PLUS joint venture China risks re Trump - Also very very illiquid. | pugugly
01/1/2020 23:58 | Lot's of things to like and the tariff situation will sort itself out this year. Expecting good returns. | galaxy enforcer
30/12/2019 17:59 | Key takeaways Market cap £3.5M vs TO £22.7M Profitable Expanding into China and the US Pays a dividend. | galaxy enforcer
30/12/2019 14:43 | Tricorn is a niche engineering company which unfortunately has been plagued by Brexit. Currently unloved and oversold it is worth far more than it's current valuation. | galaxy enforcer
30/12/2019 14:41 | About Tricorn Group AIM Listed in 2001,Tricorn Group Plc is a niche manufacturer of pipe and tubing assemblies supplying worldwide markets in the Energy and Transportation sectors. Under an experienced senior management team the Group has grown organically and through acquisition. Margins continue to be improved which combined with the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction ensures that the Group is well positioned for further success. | galaxy enforcer
04/12/2019 10:02 | Wasn't this priced in with the TS Markets take no prisoners these days | knowing
04/12/2019 07:39 | Not nice All metrics showing significant falls over compartive 6 month period - Forward looking vision - Stormy - "For the balance of the financial year we expect demand to remain low in the UK and to weaken in the USA." Debt also increased - | pugugly
09/10/2019 09:52 | What chance now of a discounted placing - Revene forecast down also profits To repeat "However, the Board now anticipates that full year results will be materially lower than market expectations." If so at what level? Could it be at about the 10p level? OK A nice niche company but probably should not be listed -Other possibility given the BREXIT mess and level of sterling a vulture bid - Brave buyers at 12p but with the EV now about UKP 7-8m (e&oe) what might they offer. | pugugly
09/10/2019 08:40 | Time for some fresh thinking at this cosy plc?...looking increasingly like a lifestyle company. | meijiman
09/10/2019 08:25 | Its a worry and I don't see Q3 being any help when the release results in Dec. Ist profit warning probably | zipstuck
09/10/2019 08:11 | Blood bath worse than expected - Trading at less tahn 10p - Could debt now sink the company? | pugugly
09/10/2019 07:32 | Being badly hit by Trump tantrums with China asignificant slowdown in UK "However, the Board now anticipates that full year results will be materially lower than market expectations." Given the thin market with lack of liquidity potential for a big bath this morning. Certainly should be a big MM mark down and widening spread. | pugugly
11/9/2019 13:37 | Anyone make the agm? Cheers. | tiswas
07/8/2019 09:47 | Weakening pound should help profit margins and the big fall is still yet to come | ntv
18/7/2019 12:52 | Think they did hit a few bumps in the road ..and also recall was previously a dividend payer ..now stopped. These tiny cap companies just seem out of favour..though the recent news from TCN has been very positive. Could easily trade near 30p and not look expensive. Also think there is a blocking stake which means it cannot be bid for. | meijiman
18/7/2019 12:27 | Can someone who knows the history here please give me an idea as to why the spike up to 35p and fall back down again to where we are now? Am I missing something in the rns releases? Cheers | tiswas
10/7/2019 21:46 | So the finance director has to sell £10k worth of shares because he can't afford to buy his options Just think the company should pay him more than £10 quid per hour then! so he can afford to buy them all | ntv
10/7/2019 09:32 | Yes agree..that is perhaps the one fly in the ointment | meijiman |
