Tuck away and I think you'll see this slow or fast or medium rise as the months roll on and on..

It has no real way to go apart from up.

A take-over is possible (or management buy out) but the key shareholders will be looking for retirement. How old is the chairman?

All I can find on the web is: Dr. John C. Rigg is Executive Chairman of the Board of Triad Group Plc. He is a Chartered Accountant. He was a founder of Marcol Group Plc and was its Managing Director from 1983 until 1988. Marcol was floated on the Unlisted Securities Market in 1987. He was Chairman of Vega Group plc from 1989 until 1996, holding the post of Chief Executive for much of this period. Vega floated on the main market in 1992. He was a founder shareholder of Triad and served as the Chairman of the Company from 1988 up to just before its flotation in 1996, when he resigned to develop new business interests overseas. He was appointed as non-executive Chairman in June 1999: in May 2004 he became part-time executive Chairman. Between 4 February 2005 and 5 September 2007 John was acting Group Chief Executive.

Is he looking to retire?

When will Triad kick off be? I'm guessing a bit each month. Look at the 2016 graph shape. I think 2018 will be similar.

Compare TRIAD PLC to any other QUOTED COMPANY. It seems very good value to me.

If you see a QUOTED COMPANY of better value please talk about it on the thread, we would all be interested - Your alternative company has got to beat making £1.5M profits, having about £5M in the bank, paying a dividend and growing but only has a market cap of about £10M

All buys again - but perhaps not - difficult to say? I would not have thought it possible to buy under 70p and the relatively high price paid for the "sale" (compared to official price) might denote that the mm is short of stock.

I was thinking with about £1.5m profits and a few million in the bank and a good forward statement in the results this should be valued about about £20M - or £1.20 a share - or if you like more or less double the current price.

A number of new clients were acquired by the Group during
the year, including one of Europe’s largest automotive
retailers, a large telecoms infrastructure operator, a
significant player in the anti-terror area, and the world’s
leading GIS software provider.
The Group is steadily increasing its public profile. Triad was
a key sponsor at last year’s ContainerSched conference, an
event attracting some of the leading software engineers and
technology businesses. Triad has also assumed leadership
of a number of meet-up groups, including two around the
emerging BlockChain technology. Involvement in this type
of activity is increasing Triad’s reach significantly, providing
access to some of the foremost talent in these fields.


What happens to the share price if/when profits hit £2M a year - entire market cap currently is only about £10M - and they have about £4-5M in the bank!

Come on .... This just needs a bull run to get it to where it should be!
