why?
this is valued on a low p/e so immediately earnings enhancing and with the above make it a nice target

I think going forward they are in a very strong position ( numerous contracts) as long as the market likes this current solid year then they will be rewarded with high growth next year

I think they have nailed it .Better margins than chasing turnover .Turnover is vanity , profit for dough ! Outlook going forward looks good.Overhang of shares not for sale .Cash balance 3.8 million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 34 percent of market cap .Free cash flow 1.7 million .Final div 1p . Making 1.5 p total year .This company generates free cashflow of its current market cap Over 6.5 years ! Ten to twelve times earnings 100 120 p .What's not to like ?Sicknote

well happy with results
good dividend
excellent cashflow matching profits of £1.7m
very strong cash balances and looking to grow organically so is my kind of company
no share overhang according to directors so have to say i must have been lucky with the dip and look forward to the next buying dip, but doubt that will be today

exiting lower margin work (taking on new takes training so margins will be lower on those staff) but we shall see but it has been doing what it has said on the tin

Solid if unspectacular results. Should keep us moving in the right direction. Interesting comment in the Chairman's Statement:

"Triad is aware of discussion in the media of the possibility that, as a result of a court order declaring the bankruptcy of a major Triad shareholder, there may be a large overhang of shares waiting to be sold which may, in turn, be weighing down the share price. After thorough investigation of the situation by Triad's Board, I am able to confirm that no substantial body of shares in the hands of a Trustee in Bankruptcy is waiting to be sold."

The results are Good and Happy with That. Whilst not ground breaking, the consistent profitability is key to growth.

They now have a blockchain app - and numerous government contracts going forward. Profits up, better margins.

Good results with positive outlook and good cash generation. Net assets equal half the market cap and pe ratio is about 6 so plenty of upside but not expecting explosive growth. Outlook is encouraging with good start to year. At this rate the net assets will equal market cap in 3 years.

LOL - I think ACSO is valued so high (blackrock have been buying)as it makes a product that will generate income without any input from developers. For TRIAD or PARITY to achieve that sort of valuation they will need to develop inhouse software products to sell. TRIAD does have the cash to pay developers to develop something in-house so perhaps it should use it. Perhaps they should go down the product route when an idea hits them. The secret is having cash to develop it

If you look at the jobs on offer at accesso they are identical to those on offer at TRIAD....Clearly making a product(s) is miles more profitable then working as a supplier to someone else (even if its the government).

pride23: It might be worth puting this company (ACSO) in a search parm in ADVFN. I think you'll find TRIAD would have to TEN BAG before it got to be the same price.... Perhaps 20 bag.

Thanks, im remaining positive, volumes on selling slightly high but price static..
I really like the fundamentals especially when there are talks of acquisitions in the future, a good use of free capital if its a quality growth play.

pride23s: Nope - just that someone guessed because previous two had been monday. I guessed tuesday - but it really could be anytime next week...

But its all the same, if the "insiders" knew it was not going to be good they would be selling in droves (you would have thought) - so the omens, as far as I can tell, are set fair

But not certain - not by a long shot.

This bit at the bottom of Parity results is interesting:

"Our most important strategic objective is to realign the business by continuing to build critical mass in the Consultancy Services business, working closely with Professionals, by investing to drive organic growth and, at the right time, identifying appropriate acquisition opportunities to accelerate the development of the business. Progress to date provides confidence in the Group’s future prospects as we develop our capability in our exciting growth markets."

I was thinking Parity and Triad added togther are probably worth a lot more together then they are seperate - they probably, as a joint enterprise could be knocking on the FTSE 250 with big investeors piling in. Its probably not going to happen - but who knows.
