s34icknote: I bought more another 10k and another 7k....
Seems cheap to me.... £1 got to be an easy 12 month target (42% (3 /7 * 100) - nothing to sniff at in this day and age)... Could easily go to £2 with fair wind .

Hi net Just think some traders sell on news and move on .Just a shame we are not attracting new investors .That's what makes the stock market such fun .You buy cheap stock , sit and wait for mr market to realise it's undervalued !!!!!!Some socks especially micro caps and illiquid stocks take longer than others .Sicknote

Hi elsa7878
you appear to be correct on your numbers
15.5m shares in issue currently
trading statement with the results appears fairly bullish
final dividend is costing the company only £155k
i thought they may raise the payout to try to improve their rating
company could easily double it's dividend in the current and that would help the share price
company did state there was no overhang but yesterdays share sales appear to prove that statement wrong but it might be just buyers before the results selling into the news and volume
they appear to want to expand the business organically rather than by acquisition and that is good for news for smaller shareholders like myself
happy to wait patiently for this to grow and add on any big dips
it is also vulnerable to a takeover with a large amount of nett cash on the balance though it would have to have the consent of the large holders so premium would have to be pretty good i would think
happy to hold with a reasonable prospects and improving dividends

worth repeating as it would be good to get the counter argument as to what I might have missed:
====================================================================

This is my take on next year.

I see profits as £2M to £2.5M perhaps even £3M

Reason:

We now have a 5% bigger head count then last year plus no off charge in the coming year as plenty of work (my guess about 5-10% of time was off charge last year as there was less work around and also it was the end of some big contracts )- so logically at very least 15% increase in profits (no off-charge, bigger margins and bigger head count)...

Current Market Cap: £10M but potential to make £3M profit in coming year(most likely £2M to £2.5M)......

I doubt whether you'll find a better bargain in the FTSE..

Is there a catch?

People a few weeks ago felt there was a share over hang (a big seller).
The Chairman has now stated that no such share over hang exists.

So is there a catch?

NO THERE IS NO CATCH - THIS IS A BARGAIN...
net cash by year end will be well over 50% of current market cap!!!!
Just look at the current PE ratio - about 4.

No you're wrong s34icknote: Current cash is £3.8M - with another £2.5M (next years profits) - cash will be 65% of market cap ..... LOL

This is totally insane!!!!

s34icknote. This line here is the key as to why next year might well be significantly better then this year:

Consultant numbers increased towards the end of the year as part of an ongoing programme to increase our fee-earning headcount.

Big list of contracts and a significant increase in head count.
Bigger margin per head count too.

I see accelerating growth coming up in the year ahead.

Nice results, lots of cash and a great dividend increase must give confidence. Overall with prospects looking good surely it can't stay this lowly rated much longer.

Hi net
What is the overhang of stock which is not being sold worth ??"

I think the point of the Chairman's comment is that there isn't an overhang of stock.

Just come across this.
Net assets (ie cash plus debtors - creditors) is approx £4.6 million, which is 28p per share.
Pre-tax is £1.66 million. Assume taxed at 19% - then post-tax would have been £1.35 million. Which is an eps of 8.3p.
Put it on a modest 10 times and add the net assets and you get 111p.
NTV you clearly know the company and I do not. Why does it trade on such a huge discount?

...as I said s34icknote could be £2 a share given another 12 months and £1 a share given six months. It needs a sell off to let others in (It will probably get written up etc over the next month or so and brokers will recommend to clients etc etc... Come on PE of 4 -... Its a no brainer.

I think if you stick with it you could easily double your money within 6 months (eg move from pe ratio 4 to pe ratio 8, with some good growth coming in for year after ON TOP OF THAT doubling , perhaps doubling again (depending on nexts years results which I believe could be significantly better) )...

What I'm saying, I think this company has a very good chance of being £2 a share by end of 2019 beginning of 2020.

It made a POINT of saying 2017 was a HARD year... So if this current year is not hard, imagine what it could achieve........
