but its market cap is about £15m and its turnover is about £70m..
Triads market cap is about £10m and its turnover is about £30m...

They are in same sort of ballpark but Parity had been making losses and triad profits..
so interesting times for both..

I dont think one can get hugely revalued without the other one - hence its good to see them both rising..

s34icknote: its worth pointing out that triads rise is not outperforming Parity PLC - they both appear to be going up together...Probably a coincidence.... But both groups are doing identical work for the government.

Would be nice to get to realistic values . Twelve time earnings is my target . Tried on line with dummy trades and could get a quote for 1000 shares ! Roll on next week . Hopefully this will be trading in the high 70s low 80s before results day . Sicknote

Results have been pre market open on the Monday of the second week of June the last two years running, so that would be my guess, 7AM Monday.

Regardless, this is building very nicely in the run up to results. The consistent block buying over the last few sessions suggests decent sized positions are being built, which potentially bodes well for how good the results are going to be.

Just meeting the prior year numbers, or as I'm hoping for, an improvement on the PY, thanks to continued improvements in profitability, would indicate this company is very undervalued at these levels.

The overhang could go in one day - just takes an investor to buy the lot. I would suspect it would be relatively easy to sell the overhang at this price... Perhaps the seller has now become an investor? Who knows?

We dont really care that much - the price is very low and has been much higher (even with seller) so hoping for good things POST results (often if shares do not rise too much before results they rise a lot after results - if they are good)

For my money results will be early next week... Anyone else care to guess a date?

Agree about the fundamental valuation. I guess that's the difference between investing and trading. If you are prepared to hold/invest for at least the medium term then this overhang presents an opportunity.

It is the elephant in the room I'm ignoring it as it doesn't change fundamental valuation of company .And they aren't constantly selling or forced to sell at moment .Could the company buy back the shares ??? With their spare cash ? Sicknote

I've been holding trading positions going into the last 3 or 4 sets of results but the potential Mira Makar/Paul Atkinson overhang issue has put me off this time as it seems to have put the brakes on the share price in the last year.

Is this overhang issue the elephant in the room or are you happy to ignore it as a non-issue?

Wish holders luck into results as this can really motor on good news, has seemed well undervalued for the last year and the chart looks to be curving up nicely.
