14/3/2021 08:50 | It’s extremely difficult not to get excited about the TRD traditional business, that appears quite capable of very decent profits. My personal profit forecast for that segment is 2020 2021 year end 31/03/21. £500,000 2021 2022 £1.5M. 2022 2023 £2.2M All the above calculations exclude Blockchain , those numbers can be found in the header post. I have an idea, they may have to be revised upwards as we progress through 2021, but I don’t want to get ahead of myself, just yet. | sunshine today
14/3/2021 08:39 | The interims, at the very end of November 20, reported permanent staff approaching 50. Jobs advertised last week below. “As a new Triad consultant, you will join an established team of c. 60 fee-earning consultants who specialise in Agile Coaching, Delivery Management, Business Analysis and Software Development. We are investing heavily in our core capabilities and are looking to hire individuals into key positions to grow with us and shape our future capability.” Let’s assume just 10 new hires over a full 4 months , (a conservative view). That rate of growth , (that we know could well be increasing), equates to growth of staff , and income, of no less than 60%. These staff, we are told, produce higher margins, many being happy to work from home , well away from office politics. | sunshine today
14/3/2021 08:06 | Yep and the directors also bought shares in the spring of last year. | sunshine today

14/3/2021 06:53 | A quick reminder of the agreement 9 January 2020 Triad Group Plc Triad Group enters framework partnership with Stratis to build enterprise blockchain-based applications Leading digital solutions consultancy Triad to collaborate with Microsoft-based blockchain platform Stratis Triad Group Plc ("Triad"), a leading UK provider of IT consultancy services and technology solutions, has entered into a framework partnership with Stratis Group Ltd ("Stratis"), an enterprise blockchain technology company, to deliver blockchain-based solutions to businesses and organisations. Under the partnership, Stratis will help identify where blockchain is the best placed technology to resolve Triad's clients' business problems. The two companies will then collaborate to develop, deploy and market blockchain applications to help businesses improve operational processes, enhance security and reduce costs to unlock ROI | sunshine today
14/3/2021 06:50 | Good morning. The Stratis framework agreement was sealed 14 months ago, but it’s only been recently that the Stratis platform has been truly market ready. Last month when funds arrived with Stratis, it enabled them to start marketing, in a serious way. //////////////////// “ Q6: Besides coding languages, what is your approach to win market share versus other popular platforms? Answer: One of our main strategies is utilising existing development and consultancy companies that do not currently offer any products or services around blockchain. They can join the Stratis partner program and receive training, access to closed source tech, free development and consultancy time. This will then allow them to add blockchain to their service offerings and give them the ability to cross sell blockchain into their existing customer base, So it brings the consultancy company revenue through consultancy and development, it bring Stratis adoption and also companies that can sell our platform and products allowing us to focus on the platform development.” //////////////////// This takes me directly to TRD. From the above we know the marketing strategy, we also know that the Stratis development team will NOT be selling the platform, ( because they are flat out on development.) I believe TRD spent the last year gearing up to offer the above services, being the only external party in a position to do so. Stratis just can’t appoint a massive amount of consultant companies tomorrow, who on earth will offer training and consultancy, about the Stratis platform to them.? Whoever it is, HAS to have a full protocol understanding ,very close relationship with Stratis, and be in a position to scale up rapidly, on a remote working basis. TRD ! Yet another reason for the director buying within the last two weeks. | sunshine today
13/3/2021 23:18 | Await Triad’s next announcement is all I can do really. In the meantime, the market may increase its share price in anticipation and hope not to be disappointed. I will not be selling any until the story changes away from a strong recovery (I hope that will be a long time). | bones
13/3/2021 22:28 | I've got to admit my knowledge and understanding of this sector is becoming more fragmented by the day, bitcoin is easy, as is blockchain, but throw in defi, stable coin ethereum and the endless compatabiliy issues creating a finalised defi and tbh it's causing me havoc, it reminds me of the early pc days, dos, Linux, Unix Windows etc. Triad is a solutions solver, but how far can they get with this. Sunshine you ask does anyone understand what's going to happen, what do you mean by that. | 7rademark
13/3/2021 21:38 | I would be disappointed with just 200p.Ethereum's price is on an upward trajectory and there are the other parts of the business to factor in. | grosstonnage
13/3/2021 21:31 | Still looking for push toward 200p , sense the pressure is building here. Director buying has been another key sign for me. | its the oxman
13/3/2021 20:31 | Ethereum has 204 DeFi solutions Bitcoin 24 Stratis has its foundation in Bitcoin. If you want to run the world of DeFi in the simplest and cheapest way with the maximum market. Bitcoin / Stratis DeFi / Microsoft Azure | sunshine today
13/3/2021 20:06 | It is worth noting that DeFi has been built mainly on the Ethereum blockchain, just as initial coin offerings (ICOs) were in 2017. ICOs eventually fizzled out due to their links with fraud. Whatever its future, DeFi is a fast-growing industry and deserves urgent regulatory attention. | sunshine today
13/3/2021 19:34 | This was one of the 3 people who started Stratis. Nicolas Dorier is Founder of BTCPay, Stratis Bitcoin Framework developer. He loves coding stuff, C# and Bitcoin. I am at the interception of Microsoft Development, Bitcoin and the Open Source worlds. You can learn more about me through my contributions to these communities: From my book : From my articles : From NBitcoin : From my credentials : Today, my goal is to develop the next generation of services based on the Bitcoin technology in Metaco SA. I also hope to teach as many developer to harness Bitcoin, so they can also see the yet unused potential of this technology. | sunshine today
13/3/2021 18:59 | Does anyone here realise what’s about to happen in the next few months.? Bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency, however it’s just about useless for DeFi. | sunshine today
13/3/2021 18:51 | Stratisplatform @stratisplatform · 1h Stratis System contracts coming end of March that adds smart contract support to the Bitcoin based STRAX mainnet, allowing select system contracts to be deployed This is the next step in achieving our goal of bringing DeFi to #Bitcoin. | sunshine today
13/3/2021 16:50 | Bones: Its more than one station. Hence my link | netcurtains
13/3/2021 16:47 | Dorset64, yes good bands and I definitely don’t have a Pistols guitar! I can say I saw Joy Division live three times and my friend and I had determined to see them a lot more after their performance at the Rainbow in April 1980 supporting the Stranglers (when Hugh Cornwell was in jail for possession). Ian Curtis had one of his fits on stage and fell into the drum kit and was still thrashing about as the roadies carried him off stage! Sadly, the lad hung himself the following month at the age of 23 and a legend was born. | bones

13/3/2021 15:01 | bones13 Mar '21 - 14:40 - 1280 of 1280 Dorset64, yes perhaps! Post-punk is my true calling and John Peel my true mentor :) ==================== Now we're talking Bones, the Peel sessions were brilliant. I was a raving punk in my younger years, and probably still am with a signed Pistols guitar on my wall, (including Sid signature), and still have my Seds cheesecloth 'snarky shirt' in perfect condition, also framed. Post punk for me is Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins although one of my favs is Zombie by the Cranberries. Am thinking the tide is turning here for TRD & the share price and next week will hopefully be the start of us saying goodbye to the 140/150's and beyond. | dorset64
13/3/2021 14:00 | Share purchases by directors or persons closely associated with them since the beginning of 2020 (latest first). They seem to have all occurred following the initial announcement in January 2020 of the beginning of the relationship with Stratis, whether that is a coincidence or not. 13/3/2021 12:23 | On the above subject I reference Apple, and Amazon. Apple made its product simple to use, for the worlds population ( However, not cheap ) Amazon made its platform easy to use, and often cheaper , ( but not always) Stratis, by using C # on Microsoft’s .Net in my opinion will see explosive growth. It has to be the obvious choice, for a huge swathe of the blockchain eco system. | sunshine today |
