19/3/2021 12:27 | 830 jobs on jobserve require security clearance: | netcurtains
19/3/2021 12:24 | Makes complete sense. | sunshine today
19/3/2021 12:16 | Sunshine Today: I'm pretty sure we dont see all the government sector contracts either. So many Government IT contracts require you to have "security clearance" that its pretty unlikely these contracts will ever appear on bidstats - I think that accounts for about 25% of gov IT contracts . | netcurtains
19/3/2021 12:05 | Yes, but we don’t see any of the private company contracts , or the call offs, on G cloud. TRD keeps those clients details, to itself. | sunshine today
19/3/2021 09:31 | These are the currently open Government IT contracts. Note there are some huge ones for AI (200 million), There are some mighty big projects in the pipeline | netcurtains
19/3/2021 07:03 | I would have thought no end of government departments need help with Blockchain, having no idea where to start. | sunshine today
19/3/2021 06:59 | 17 offerings on G cloud 12. TRD is growing very fast, just one win per offering, would bring in massive amounts of work in the government sector. 18/3/2021 19:30 | so based on half year results ending Sept 2020 released in Nov 20 - can we expect FY results ending March 2021 by May 2021 Triad Group Plc Half-year Report RNS Number : 6782G Triad Group Plc 27 November 2020 Six months ended 30 September 2020 | euclid5
18/3/2021 19:27 | Sorry but you all read my post wrong on WCAT - was trying to say that has nothing compared to Trd - yet Trd is trading a a tiny market cap - when Wcat is trading on hope & from the recent news of 2 people appointed as Blockchain specialists - nothing else - but the quality of the company is held in TRD - so we have the potential to catch up to £100m cap considering our potential | euclid5
18/3/2021 18:39 | Still maintain someone is sitting on the bid accumulating. I've read it Correctly twice now, with director confirmations following on both occasions. Let's see. | 32campomar
18/3/2021 14:08 | euclid if 25p to £1.50 within 10-12 weeks is a bad investment and 'not in demand', I'm not sure what ever will be? ==================== euclid5 18 Mar '21 - 13:22 - 1359 of 1363 wonder if WCAT could be a better investment, seems most investors (£100m Cap) do anyway, buying an empty shell co with little cash on a pipe dream - yet a co making a profit here & £4m cash in the bank with a £22m cap doesn't seem to be in demand. | dorset64
18/3/2021 13:59 | Triad recently signed the tech talent charter to help those from a disadvantaged background get into IT. To achieve this they will need to start a training program (courses?) The advantage to Triad is that trainees are very good value (cheap labour but trainees get on the ladder). I got into IT via a training course (in Thatcher years). There are literally millions of non-tech graduates Triad could help train Logica used to employ trainees - it helped them enter the ftse 100. These type of trainees will look good in any government contracts Triad apply for.... Especially if the Charter is at the top of Triads headed note paper | netcurtains
18/3/2021 13:36 | euclid: From my experience, this is not a traders share its a holders. I'm pretty sure there is some mighty good news brewing. But might be about 3 months away. The problem is loads of people know this so if try and buy any where near results the price will most likely run away (at least that is my current thinking). The director has bought in the 1.40s so the current price is a good sit tight price range. Anything below 1.40s will see loads of buys. | netcurtains
18/3/2021 13:36 | Not quite true 25p to £1.40 in 1/2 a year, is not bad. The FTSE is not far off flat over the last 21 years. | sunshine today
18/3/2021 13:22 | wonder if WCAT could be a better investment, seems most investors (£100m Cap) do anyway, buying an empty shell co with little cash on a pipe dream - yet a co making a profit here & £4m cash in the bank with a £22m cap doesn't seem to be in demand | euclid5
18/3/2021 10:57 | Thus, if TRD gains a contract, they can work on it for up to 4 years, looks ideal if both parties get on well, and the projects are successful. TRD are certainly building up a presence, in an area, where just a few years, ago the big three dominated. | sunshine today
18/3/2021 10:38 | If this is not a growth story, I don’t know what is . As an SME, Triad is especially proud to be a Top 10 supplier of Digital Services to Central Government, via the Crown Commercial Services Frameworks. | sunshine today
18/3/2021 10:35 | More on TRD framework agreements | sunshine today
18/3/2021 10:23 | Look at WCAT, no assets or any business jus a couple of Blockchain specialists appointed recently an they are a £100m market cap - can't understand that - compared to TRD | euclid5
18/3/2021 10:22 | Due to Covid most government framework contracts have been given extensions. It strikes me TRD having shown their skills, have benefited from this. At the same time it prevents more competition entering the market. | sunshine today |
