Exactly James, well deserved and also hopefully keeps him motivated and staying with TET.

I was pleased to read about this new role for the CFO. I think that it is very well deserved. He has performed exceptionally since he joined Treatt.

Not difficult to work out my age! Been shareholder since 2002. Think there was a family health issue which influenced DR to leave when he did, but RG stepped up and business now looks well placed.Guess no news on the Florida site is probably good news, fingers crossed.

So - nearly no debt, growing top and bottom line and on a fcf yield of 7% one year out - seems way too cheap to me

From memory it was admitted to the LSE 1988/90 at 75 pence per share, since when then have have been a couple of consolidations…;..with the current latest update we will hopefully see a decent upturn to match its larger peers.

Not quite that age!.

Treatt has been listed since at least the early 1990's, unless I'm misremembering.

It may have been a listed business before then, I would need to look at the corporate history to confirm.

Don't tell me you are 79 now lol..

Agree re the comments on the FD. I think we are very lucky to have him. He is a FD and CEO wrapped up in one. But let's give David Shannon the benefit of the doubt, he's only been here for three months.
I made the comment on here back in May that the pair should make a formidable team and i think that will be the case..

I'm surprised DR moved on, perhaps enjoying an early retirement.

He did an outstanding job at the business.

I've been following TET since I was 19, a very, very long time ago!.

Signs from this update that the new CEO has started well and they could make a very powerful team.CFO has demonstrated first class grip on the cost base since joining a couple of years ago (particularly extracting operational benefits of new factory) and this trading update refers to further investment in sales teams, getting closer to customers and key to growth, where the CEO may have made a good contribution. CEO change may have just come a little early for CFO to get the job,but I feel sure would have been involved in final selection. I added 5000 earlier today at 460p but always dyor

That's a fantastic update.

CFO should arguably have got the top job.

Agree on the net debt comment made above.

Given the spend of around £50M on new facility over last few years, great credit due to have almost eliminated debt. FD has in my view done great job since he came on board, including time as temp CEO.Hope they missed the worst of Milton in Florida.

The new CEO share purchase looks ominously small..?.

Perhaps reading too much in to this, let's see..
