Post ZIRP multiple unwind, unless there is bad news on the way.

Near £5 TET is still highly rated, the previous rating was an extraordinary bubble
but partly predicated on expected rapid growth.

With the price moving down it's just the multiple that's letting off some steam and that's no bad thing given it's previous quite high rating. It's much more sensibly valued now.

Treatt (TET) Interim results presentation - May 23

Treatt CEO, Daemmon Reeve and CFO, Ryan Govender present interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2023, followed by Q&A. Record H1 revenue and strong profit growth with trading in line with expectations for the full year.

Seems like a pretty solid half-year: revenue treading water with inflation, but increasing margins and profits which is a positive sign in a difficult environment because it shows pricing power.

Some odd numbers in the country results: UK taking a major hit and Ireland nearly doubling. Would be interesting to hear what is going on there. Very positive in China.

Cash flow looks good and debt level reducing.

I would say the investment case holds up, although as a small growth stock expect a bumpy ride.

Check out Westrock coffee - Nasdaq listed. Just shows the enormous opportunity for rtd coffee. Treatt needs to go hard and fast here imo. Massive prize if all goes well

Thanks for highlighting this as i had never heard of this new product. As you say it looks like a winner.

I don't know if Treatt supply or not but apparently they work exclusively with German based flavor houses, whatever that means and whom ever that means (they are a Munich based company

Very pleased with this update

Seems like the company is back building up its business and now really benefitting from the increased scale of the office/factory move

It is also reducing debt which very good to see and further debt reduction is forecast for the second half

Half year now closed with management accounts in May and then announcement of results all bode well especially is summer weather gets off to a good start.
