Market possibly over supplied - If so potentially customers forcing down prices Hence shareholder concerns as to whether desirable to cut losses.

Mkt cap now only 1.5x sales……..given the brand new factory this has to be a potential target from the likes of Kerry, Phoenix, private equity, or even the more obvious bigger boys. In some senses cheap as chips!

Agree that this seems like a good appointment. I'd probably rather wait out until he's firmly in the seat, as if there is to be a profit warning this year, you'd definitely (if you were the inbound CEO) that be messaged and lower expectations before you get there.

Tricky one though as the stock is near its lows!

This looks like an impressive appoitment. Lot's of experience working in the US and China. He can bring a lot to the table.

With Ryan falling back to CFO position we should have a nice one two team to drive the business forward.

I much prefer the way that the CEI succession issue has been handled at another nearby AIM company - Tristel. There, the outgoing CEO is staying on until his successor is in post and planned revised targets for the company have been deferred until after tha new CEO has had the opportunity to participate in the process. I think that the acting CEO has done a decent job, but about the only good things I can say about the TET process is that it was completed quickly and the new CEO has a decent CV.
