Quite happy to see a contrary view if presented sensibly and mahammer is entitled to his opinion. Treatt have take a lot on with the new factory, but have already shown that they can manage such a project with similar but smaller expansion in the USA.The demand for their products, coupled with growth prospects once the new facility is up and running, encourage me to stick with it whatever the next year or two may bring - mahammer might be right in the short term (although I hope not) but I have held since 2003 and long term I believe TET will continue to be an excellent performer. Always dyor.

Oh dear sweetie , I didn't know you owned this board and that it was only for people who agree with you.
If you don't want to read other views then don't go on a discussion board.
Your rant only convinces me that you are anxious about the share price as no doubt are others. This also does not bode well for the stability of the share price
In the end the results will give the verdict on the share price
In my opinion the good news is already in the share price
My opinions are no more or less unsubstantiated than anyone else's.

I am sure many investors will have read the FT article last weekend? It induced me to add again to my holding. I love it when idiots pontificate on a subject about which they know nothing. I try at least to read everything I can that is written by people who understand subjects better than me. Arrogance is the short route to poverty.

Sometimes TRUFFLE it is useful to have someone who tries to deramp etc. In this case the person in question is not a shareholder and they never back-up their base case and in the background they is a buyer such as Blackrock or people like me who are trying to add to their holding over the long term.

Hard Seltzers are going down a bomb in the USA - not sure about the UK BUT this is just another tool in the Treatt toolbox...............

May 11 we will have their results and an update as to the new faxtory and expanging sales................

Best to take your deramping, unsubstantiated statements elsewhere as they are not welcome here.

The hype about " hard seltzers" is overdone. Weve already had them in the UK ..remember alcopops?
And what happened to them ?
Targeted at the young ...then the inevitable backlash ..regulation imposed by the government. No doubt that history will repeat itself and the market growth will be short lived.

Not so fast. Hard seltzers are 'growing like a weed' in the US. What goes there comes here.

Time to exit imho.
How many times have I seen companies making huge investmebts in new plant and buildings having serious problems with production which takes years to sort out.The positive news is all in the share price already, so any even slight hiccup will cause the share price to fall off a cliff.
DYOR.

Cut losses BUT run your profits....TOPVEST

This is a growth company and take-over target for the equivalent US company.

Wow - can't believe we've punched through £10. (well actually I can as it's a first class company, but still impressive nonetheless!)

The AGM results including shareholder Q&A have been posted on the Treatt website.

Of particular interest to me are the details around the medium term ROCE target of 20-25%; this reflects a clear improvement of profitability and overall economics and capital efficiency when the move to new UK production facility is fully complete (and costs and capital of the old sites are gone). As I see management as highly credible, this target (almost an informal multi-year profits outlook) helps me get comfortable with the current valuation and reinforces my long term time horizon on this stake.

This is a high quality business that is getting better and better. Looking only at the short term PE is a mistake here. The ROCE target was set in November, but the 22 January TU shows the multiple margin improvement levers and how the business is progressing really well on many of these.
