Probably a good sign, the last time he sold was back in June since when the price has climbed.
Don't we need sellers so we can have buyers to raise the SP? MM's will have to march the price up again so we get more sellers, or is it buyers.

He first notified having crossed 3% on 26 Aug 2021 (RNS'd 31st Aug 2021)
Price back then was £1.02.
Assuming he had previously been accumulating from the lows around 50p the year beforehand then he's unloaded a few for a 100% gain .. assuming he managed to buy on the lows.

It's a few hundred units per year with only a nominal per unit licence fee per unit, upfront licence was taken in the past.

Yep, though I'm not sure how TRT's "valuable advantages" (Jun 6) translate to "not significant" revenue. Development costs?

I think I remember TRT saying this deal would not be a significant contribution to revenues (I may be misremembering). Its value to TRT is mostly the assurance that the SAW technology can be relied upon.

indeed, and there are over 3500 helicopters with US army alone...with 300 minimum FARA expected. so much now relies upon the terms of tha agreement and whether or not TRT will become involved in supply

Well spotted mattjos, I would hope that Laurence is looking for long term value in Transense and looking at his investment strategy it certainly looks that way.
I would say that there is a very good chance that some of the 3.4m might fuel the next rise in our share price .

Dowgate still keen. Now at 7% .. presumaby taking them off Seneca to carry them forward to the future
Not sure what Seneca's average is but, presumably they have made a bit for thetime they've held them.
All healthy stuff & obviously stops us having an unwanted-stock overhang ... albet the company itself is still buying back + managment also been adding.

There’s a question that needs answering. There’s a total of 57 projects / companies in the TRT Sawsense project pipeline table - an impressive increase from 27(?) last time.

What we need to know is how many companies have been turned away compared to that 57 total. It will help us understand not only how much awareness of our product there is, but more importantly how much of the industry we are potentially / plausibly in a position to at least offer solutions to - even if they are not eventually taken up. And I’m guessing most of them won’t be, sadly. But we only need a clutch of clients to turn things around. Or perhaps just one if PM decide to go thermo nuclear with the application.

Would be quite a coup if that little lot has gone into TRT treasury. We wouldn’t be far off the 10% total options target. Then dividends please!
