07/6/2019 08:51 | Well, let's see if anything comes of it. | knowbodyyouno

05/6/2019 15:02 | Blondy: I think your view of Quartix inadvertently highlights those areas Trak has, but has been poor in promoting or converting into anything of value. I'm talking cameras and health. AFAIK, there has been no significant uptake in connected cameras and I wonder if the RH600 system of ADAS/DMS is really that robust - might be wrong - but the contract announcements don't support an uptake/conversion of customers from the FM tech to FM+cameras. Then there's health: bear in mind that commercial vehicle operators don't care that much about diagnostics on leased vehicles and I, personally, would not pay any more, even £1 per month for a breakdown service offering vehicle health when I can see that for nothing from my dashboard. Where do you get £5pvpm from - and from the client, AA, no way! I am sorry, but I am really struggling to see what niche Trak are trying to go for in this overcrowded telematics space. I'd like to see the RH platform in action. Quartix are possibly the right size business for what they do well and Trak isn't. I really must think of something positive to say, but this business is either incapable of finding their edge and promoting a finished product, losing customers through poor service and suffering as a result, or just bad at sales. It seems Insurance has taken a hit; Fleet is the crowded space; Automotive offers a rather simplistic diagnostic platform; Optimisation a standalone system not fully integrated and Cameras. This looks to be heavily product-led rather than solutions. | emptycup
05/6/2019 13:48 | QTX taking a hit this week. Are they due to report? My worry is that they are a barometer for the industry - although, how trakm8 could get much worse is beyond me. | dc2

01/6/2019 14:34 | On a serious note the AA is currently the second most shorted London share. Six funds are betting against them. Having your fortunes linked to such a company must be of concern. | dave2608
01/6/2019 11:36 | Owned Sci entertainment when they took over Eidos...whilst extremely unlikely, strange things do happen. Think AA would be better buying Trak. 1 AA share for 1 Trak (a cheeky offer). Don't want this obviously. | dc2
01/6/2019 08:46 | Why not add Allianz in with the AA and make it a double reverse takeover? That should really turbocharge the Car Fairy sales. Come on Tracky, make it happen. | dave2608
31/5/2019 17:23 | Perhaps tracky are going to do a reverse takeover so they can guarantee the gimbo sales ? | tonybaloni
31/5/2019 09:38 | Anyone else noticed that AA shares down almost 30% within a month. | knowbodyyouno
30/5/2019 09:11 | the FD is doing some tax planning. I can only hope it means good thing. I hope the TM board would not be trying to create "positive style goings on" to keep us onboard before some shocking news, had enough of that over the years! Let's hope that in the next month there is some good RNS news, or just a great TU in early July. If we can track up to 25-35p in the process, that would be great. | 40toolong
30/5/2019 09:03 | Agreed, this share never ceases to break my rules (and bank!!) | 40toolong
30/5/2019 08:42 | Well, there's your 24p 40toolong marker gone. Wonder if we'll push through my own at 25p. | knowbodyyouno
29/5/2019 15:39 | Bit sneaky with that large trade.... At 14:27 a large 90K sell was reported, an hour later the same volume at a slightly higher price (also listed as a sell) was reported (which happened within seconds of the first trade, in real time). The second trade now makes it look like a ISA transfer and no sell whatsoever. Update: if these (and the subsequent pair) are ISA transfers then at least somebody has faith given that they will not be able to get an additional capital loss if the company went down. | dc2
29/5/2019 11:38 | My thoughts exactly. | knowbodyyouno
29/5/2019 11:16 | I'm sure a few shareholders would like to cancel share purchases made three years ago and be given the option of buying at today's price. | nod
29/5/2019 10:59 | Large spread again. | knowbodyyouno
29/5/2019 10:58 | Agreed, small amount of money but at least he thinks the company will still be around. | dc2 |
