I was thinking of getting back in at 15p. I think that this was one will fall back to near its cash balance. Chart definitely broken down now, but then again most have today!

To date the shares have performed well in this market.Skyracer,I think your reentry price is about right when you take into consideration the amount of cash TRN has on hand.
It would appear that the company should consider a stock repurchase plan if the price falls much further.

Short term market volatility not helping Trio.

Yes. The results to Sep 02 included substantial exceptionals so they will be hard to beat this year. Expecting Trio to drift back to c18p when I would look at them again.

Chart is breaking down on this one. Given the mild profit warnings in the final results announcement I have decided to bail out - might as well given I bought at c7p. I don't expect this year's results to be very good. Excellent long-term company though and would like to buy in again at some point. Anyone agree with this?

Hello

Sorry to be a pain but i was wondering if you could help me by filling in my dissertation questionnaire researching investors opionions towards share options, specifically the issue of expensing them.

It is only short and will take approx. 3 minutes to complete.

You can access the dissertation online at:

Many thanks in advance to anyone who helps me with this.

A good sign that the MMs want the stock, with the price holding up.
Possibly an order to fill around these levels ?

Anyone any thoughts....

CWA1-I agree with you.Their software group could provide some positive news in future.
The shares are holding up well in this market and could move higher once the seller is out of the way.

Hi macduck

With respect :-)

I know that this is hardly the main driver of Trio's business, but I would rather hear the above than: "it's not working, trading is grim and, furthermore, the platform doesn't really function as well as we thought it might". It could be a lot worse :-)

They have also discussed rolling out the technology to other areas, so to hear it is functioning well, and performing, is, I think, fairly good news from this part of the business at least.

Just my 2p worth

CWA1-#of trades is not significant.
It means they have probably executed about 2500 trades-BIG DEAL!
They won't be making much on that volume.
Glad to see that it is working.Management could let us know what they expect to earn with this site.

how odd ?

couple of 50k trades early doors....possibly more of the same later today.
certainly one of them was at the bid, which is a little worrying, looks too like the offer price is coming under pressure.

I was told by a company spokesman that no trading update was given at the AGM as has been the practice over the years

250k trade looks a tough one to call.
More likely to be a buy than a sell.

Somebody needs to explain rollovers to me...they are at the same price ?

The MMs doing free services now ?

Why rollover ?

All answers gratefully received.

Still puzzled to the recent muted behaviour of this stock, not unduly worried, just puzzled.

Cheers,
Santangello

A couple more 100k trades passing through.
No spread movement for days.......

Recent chunky trades look like buys.
MMs holding the price back for somebody ?
If they were sells, historically the price would have fell.
Only other possible explaination is a buy order getting prepared to be filled....

An comments guys ?
