24/11/2013 13:45 | Looks like Edenbridge now sold out completely. Let's hope it's been a busy weekend at oakhurst. An update or interims this week would be very welcome. | cammy3
23/11/2013 22:36 | Apparently natwest financial info says they are Monday. | babbler
23/11/2013 22:05 | Possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. Last Interim was on 27th November 2012 | zed2002
23/11/2013 20:35 | Results are not on Monday blabber. Don't know where you got that from. | cammy3
22/11/2013 15:03 | Babbler are results def Monday? | cammy3

21/11/2013 13:41 | The PE ratio is usually interpreted as a measure of confidence in a co's growth prospects for the future. With TRAF, I would speculate that their PE will settle at around *15 if Staplehurst outline planning permission is denied. That would leave a deficit in "future" plans which would need to be filled. If it is granted, I would expect the PE of TRAF to rise to around * 25. This is because this development alone(53 units eventually in total), represents sufficient opportunity to grow the company through to the end of the 2015/2016 fiscal year. Crucial to the future of TRAF forward from here, this could make the difference between an share price of (using lowest figures) 9p per share (£1.4m * PE of 15) to 15p per share (£1.4m * PE of 25). That's how I invest. Good luck to all and DYOR. | dwalton
21/11/2013 13:06 | I agree with Cammy pyemkay. The company is on course to meet all of it's stated objectives at the time of the float, principally a 2013/14 net profit of (variously reported) £1.4m to £1.65m. Forgetting some of the exceptionally high PE's currently enjoyed by larger house builders, a modest PE of 15 - 20 seems entirely achievable - indeed, it is currently sitting on a PE of 19. On £1.4m * PE of 15 (lowest)this would value TRAF at £21m, approx. double todays mkt. cap. i.e. 9p bid. Any improvement on these minimum figures to mid-range could take it to as high as 3 times current mkt. cap.(£33m - i.e. £1.65m * PE of 20). It isn't great science or magic, just maths, but we will need to see confirmation that these results are being achieved not just speculated about, before we will see significant rises in the share price | dwalton
21/11/2013 12:23 | why 10p cammy? can you tell me the driver for the share price growth so quickly? you are picking numbers out of fresh air again . | pyemckay
21/11/2013 06:36 | Nothing has changed here. Great play into the housing sector. 10p in due course | cammy3
20/11/2013 18:52 | Doobster, I wouldnt worry of daily swings here and there. Trust me mate this will be 8-10p in coming months. Why you say? 1. Interim results will state revenue/Profit Made, how many houses sold so far or in discussion to be sold. 2. Planning permission status on major project. Now this one is the key. If planning is approved then you can forget 8-10p range. | zed2002
20/11/2013 17:20 | I think this share is suffering from having raced up to 8p in early deals(from the 2p placing price.) The current level looks more realistic but still IMHO needs profits of at least £1.4m to justify the £11m capitalisation. Borrowings are high and the current land bank needs replenishing quite quickly. The Johnson family did quite well for themselves when their previous vehicle ,Propan, was taken over by Oakdene, but those who took Oakdene shares saw the company go bust a year or two later. Still , Trafalgar is operating in a prosperous area and current conditions could hardly be better for housebuilders. | look alive

18/11/2013 11:50 | I must admit I don't read the top info thread Cammy, so I never know which share is flavour of the day with day traders! | doodlebug4
18/11/2013 11:14 | Hopefully the day traders from top info board have departed now and leave this to hit the ceiling in a controlled manner. | cammy3 |
