i wonder how many are left for sale? im not convinced all will be sold before march now.

Cammy, the way I read that statement in the half-year results was that they aimed to sell all by the end of their financial year (31/03/2014).

That, of course, is still the case because, if all properties are just now "under offer", completions (and therefore the booking of the profits) will only happen over the next 3 months or so.

Good that expectations are being realised. It now falls to the BOD to show that future growth can be ramped up despite the initial rejection of their planning application at Staplehurst.

What is/was plan B?

There is no doubt that they can deliver the goods, but guidance on this, is what prospective investors are now looking for.

that £7m turnover was in the bank for the market. its next years figures the market is worrying about.

Here is that extract. At the Company's Oakhurst Park Gardens, Hildenborough site in Kent, I am pleased to report that construction has been completed and the houses are now on the market and for sale. There has been considerable interest and the Board is confident that a large proportion of the 12 homes will sell in the short term contributing to a strong second half performance. The gross development value of the properties is around GBP7 million in aggregate, which could show a substantial increase in turnover for the year compared to 2013 as we aim to sell all the properties before the year end. Four of the houses are under offer and interest is high with prospective purchasers seeking to take advantage of the 'Help to Buy' government funding scheme for which the Company is registered.

CEO advised us within the half year accounts that all would be sold before the year end. If that happens the 7m cash inflow into tiny trafalgar. Still love this one

Sorry, in the interests of caution, I should say that they all appear to be sold STC or under offer. Of course they cannot be regarded as "sold" until they progress to completion.

Interesting that buys have started to come in over the last couple of days.

Although the Coombe Bank Homes website has not been updated (still showing just 3 units sold STC), there are no longer any of these properties listed as for sale on Right Move.

Savills website is showing only one remaining (unit 8). However, a search on Right Move of properties recently sold or under offer shows plot 8 as "under offer".

I think they may all be sold guys!
