20/7/2021 18:49 | Today I have been in a dialogue with TXP with regards to their communication strategy going forward. They claim that an agreement with regards to the Coho pipeline and the Spud of Royston is not material news and will not be announced via a seperate RNS. This info will probably/typically be communicated via an operational update. With regards to the mobilization of the Royston rig and the construction of the pipeline, photos will be posted in social media. As to what constitutes «material news», I have been given a definition by the company. I am not sure I believe its 100% accurate or relevant, but at least they seem to be trying to put together a communication strategy. I keep on accumulating, in a few momths we might all be pulling our hair wondering why we did not put up our wives and kids as collateral in order to buy more at these levels. | herman007
20/7/2021 16:50 | Net buying today, then we get a managed 230 share sell after hours to make it look like we're at lows of day.... | che7win
20/7/2021 13:09 | Pro yes I've been thinking the same thing re the chart pattern of Q1/Q2 2020 repeating itself for a while now. Plus ok it would be nice if Royston came in but to be honest even if it does not then think Coho production start up and Casdeep reserve report number's will be enough to drive the share price higher and complete the pattern on their own. Certainly now expect Casdeep reserve report number's to not be published ountil after the results from Royston are known. If Royston results are as expected plus release of Casdeep reserve numbers there will be no holding the share price back it's going to fly for sure. | captainfatcat
20/7/2021 10:59 | Pressure test will give future flow numbers/production. The IP differs from future production flow. | 1domus
20/7/2021 10:56 | TB I think they have had a complete rethink of their PR approach moving from “This is what we plan to do” to “This has what we achieved.” The bummer is it’s caused 3 or 4 months of near silence news wise but they are now on a much firmer footing for the future and hopefully won’t be digging any traps for themselves which is what Chinook became. Now we know why things were slow for a few weeks. That rain that hit Germany started as the tropical storm sitting above Trinidad four weeks ago. It held a lot of water! | davidblack
20/7/2021 10:46 | Hopefully we have a repeat formation here on the chart, with a run up to say 450p when Cascadura is online and we are about to start Exploration Phase 2, featuring Guabine, Steelhead and Krakken in later 2022. Everything between now and December 2022 is just the twisting turning gyrations of the march to being a 20,000 boepd producer later in 2022. With dividends starting perhaps Q4 2022 . | pro_s2009
20/7/2021 10:00 | Pardon my ignorance but the pressure test is to give us the reserve size yeah? Flow rates are obviously for how much oil/gas flows every day | thebull8
20/7/2021 09:28 | At Cascadura they did release some flownumbers. That has not been done at Chinook… Anyway, we don’t really know how they will, when they will or what they will release from Chinook. They may change their view along the road… | 1domus
20/7/2021 09:21 | Thing I don't get - they did the pressure tests for Cascadura Deep but didn't release them and said they'd add to reserves if/when Royston is done. Yet they are releasing the pressure test results from Chinook which I can't imagine will exceed those at Cascadura Deep? | thebull8
20/7/2021 07:45 | With the Royston rig mobilizing and a Coho deal very close, time is changing. Regarding the Crusetest it looks like they will do the pressure testing before releasing info - typically one month. Unless they say something in an update when the Coho deal is inked. With the recent gas plant problems Mr.Young will be even more eager to bring the Txp gas to the market as soon as possible. | 1domus
20/7/2021 06:51 | I checked the other sites on satellite last night as well. Typically Chinook right under a cloud and Coho as before with facilities in place but the ground looking a bit wetter! Good news to hear that the rig is now moving to site. And as you say Pro to have several possible updates coming in the next few weeks should hopefully see the share price tick back up as progress is made. Edit: Just noticed the end of day trading plunge in Canada $1.43 = 0.82 | adon30
20/7/2021 04:22 | 1domus, I am hearing as well that Coho-1 agreement is very very close. So yes, September production from Coho looks very possible and probable now. Royston rig is moving to site. So, including the Chinook Cruse testing results, should be a few updates in the coming weeks, to keep the interest levels ticking over. Oil price heading down wont have much effect on TXP, in the same way the price rise has had little effect, but for sure it will have a more major effect on others, where the gearing to debts and attempts to fund raise/farm out will be hit. Company Details/Info thread over on Reddit has been updated : . | pro_s2009
19/7/2021 15:31 | hxxps://www.stabroek Sounds like a lot of egg on the face of the incumbent T&T administration with the LNG plant train 1 shutdown. Given the current administration was elected in August 2020 I'd like to hope they will be desperate to avoid further embarrassing industrial outages as the term progresses - hopefully translating to fast track O&G development, and ultimately to faster progress for TXP. | the_gold_mine
19/7/2021 14:41 | We need to get this posted on wall street bets! | desmond45
19/7/2021 13:04 | hbr that worked, shortened TXP Reddit link in header. | sleveen
19/7/2021 12:06 | I think its just a code error, a dot or a dash or something in the wrong place. The Reddit link comes up fine on the TXP Charts and Link thread . | pro_s2009
19/7/2021 12:01 | sleeven, Reddit may be blocked by ADVFN, perhaps use a url shortener for the Reddit link and post the link it generates, eg. | homebrewruss
19/7/2021 11:39 | Not sure, you will need to edit the header and check the code against the picture I posted. | pro_s2009
19/7/2021 11:29 | Pro any idea where I've gone wrong 3 dots in brackets? | sleveen
19/7/2021 10:58 | Well given the bloodbath elsewhere last couple of weeks some of the smaller companies like TXP seem to be holding their own reasonably well. | spawny100
19/7/2021 10:49 | I agree, it keeps things calmer, less speculative trading. Something the market needs, less volatility. Buying shares has become a stressful occupation! | worraps
19/7/2021 10:04 | thebull. Certainly they are moving to "achievement" based reporting now. This is what we have done......as opposed to "this is what we plan to do'. Its a good thing, removes a lot of the buy the rumour sell the news traders, as they wont we able to predict when things are going to happen, well, less easy to predict and news will come at unexpected times in some cases. | pro_s2009
19/7/2021 09:59 | No, Royston will be a major happening demanding a RNS | 1domus
19/7/2021 09:58 | No, Royston will a major happening demanding a RNS | 1domus
19/7/2021 09:56 | Do you think this will be the pattern going forward? Even if there is evidence of a gas flare at Royston they won't release anything until they have completed the flow test and pressure tests? | thebull8 |
