Given that the current assets are worth 150 and Royston is is potentially as big as as current assets, I would be very disappointed if a successful Royston only got us to 150.But the market is a hard mistress so, who knows...

The shareprice was 3 cad before the incident at Chinook. The fall to 1.35 was not based on math but frustration, lack of trust and delays. A fall to 2-2.30 would have been more understanable. If Royston comes in as a 1 tcf, I dont understand why we should not see at least 4 CAD/2.3 pounds. At some point confidence will be restored and then this should be reflected in the valuation. At 3 CAD, people were expecting 6-7 CAD if Royston comes in at 1 tcf, now it seems expectations are significantly lower.

What price everyone expecting on Royston success? 130-150p ?

2 pounds? I respectfully wonder if you are out of your minds? Please remember that Royston can be a bigger discovery than the total discoveries to date. Krakken can be 2-3x bigger than Royston. In addition there are about 20 additional targets, plus the addition of new targets in the future. Lets also not forget the oil discovery at chinook which could have significant potential. Why take 2 pounds now when 8-9 pounds within 24-36 months is a reasonable possibility? It seems people have lost some of the optimism due to these extreme delays and the incredible mistake that was made at Chinook.

Eyeore2, just the type of response that I like to see.

The future here is looking good and getting better and better!

As Paul Baay mentioned in a PIWorld interview, Shell would not necessarily be the only bidder. As such, i doubt we will be walking away with just £2 given discoveries to date and the potential to come. Whereas brokers value on a sum of parts with little for potential prospects, those in the business have a different perspective.

Hhmmm! 2 pound today...or in 18 months ? There is an easy enough answer to that dilemma!

Bernie, if Shell do hear that message they could be tempted to jump for us sooner than we would like.

I should imagine a bid of £2 would win the day whereas the TXP share price will probably reach that level anyway within 18 months!

Thanks! It's been great to see the new energy minister priorities TXP in his schedule and then follow it up with so much PR. It's exactly what we need and sends out a clear message that he's backing this horse and hopefully Shell and others here that loudly! Good day today !

Gas demand is going to keep marching upwards....... T&T will want more and more for those LNG trains......as will Shell and the others.......

I still think Shell might come in with a bid for TXP once Royston is drilled and tested, I hope not, but fear they might try a sneaky raid year end of early next year.

Shorters (not the big 9 million one - the small fries) trying to keep a lid on the price, a few 25K, 10K+15K, 10K sells going through).

Which is good news, as again, given they are short some 160K at 88.3p and need to buy back below that to prevent a loss, their currently just moving their short average price upwards meaning more and more difficult to close it for a profit.

Should be news on the Cruse this week, so all being well the upwards trend can continue.......with Royston spudding within 2 weeks.

Hopefully the Canadians will take this for a run upwards later today.......keep it above 95p to buy and the small fry shorter is going to hurt more, and more....... :)

So gas production at Cascadura just ahead of Christmas 2022. That feels much more achievable.

Not sure if this is worth anything but here's a comparison of flare sizes. Might be good to cut out for a game of top trumps :)

Worth stating as well that they discovered net pay in the cruse formation at both Coho and Cascadura that were never tested. No reason why these can't produce too. As Pro says they are cheap and easy route to cashflow. Not a needle mover but you add enough of these to get 2000-3000 bopde then that will move the needle Also worth adding challenger (BPC/CERP) issued RNS from their cruse drills today and expect production of around 200-300bopd from the drill. Same geology as far as I'm aware.

And for the record, most people are expecting something between 1 mmcf/d to 3 mmcf/d from the Cruse at Chinook.

Thats why I said I would be over the moon with 5.......... so to manage expectations, a figure of between 1 to 3 is the expectation.

DB, the slack has been taken up.

Now imagine someone trying to buy back 9 million shares now, from the market, to close their short.........

No price sensitive information in the photos......we all know its being flow tested and the photos dont say "commercial" or not.

Also we know Coho is getting hooked up, does not matter when it is, the information is already out there and at some point it will happen.

So no new news really.

Doesn’t feel like a massive short position is in place?

There is definitely price sensitive information in yesterday’s videos, especially the T&T Government one so exactly what is the Nomad up to? Feels like they are asleep on the job.

Dunder did you see the pictures of the flare in Pro's link it does show the scale a bit better without all the people in front. The pic posted on this BB kind of distorts it's scale.

Mind there is a big red propane tank in the pic as well I hope they aren't running the flare off of that!
