Someone is in accumulation mode - 545k of reported sell volume has so far hit the 12p bid today and Cantor has not so much as blinked. So much so, WINS decided to move up to join Cantor on the bid late morning to get some of the action.

I still reckon there is just some loose stock from the placing.
Someone thought they'd make an easy 10% (no doubt sold that idea by some bucketshop) and they've been dumping at any price above the placing. Also explains the difference between here and Canada.
It'll clear sooner or later.

no arbitrage available on this one between UK and Canada, i believe the correct term is 'fungeable'. Am told this will change some time in March so worth keeping an eye on if situation still the same come then.
