24/9/2024 06:31 | makes sense ... it is so simple even i can understand agree | kaos3
23/9/2024 21:34 | ACT Does that boil down to 'Go with the Flow?' Sorry red | redartbmud
23/9/2024 16:24 | The RIs are all you need - decent initial flow rates should get you a decent uplift - they will buy whatever rosy scenarios the che7wins paint. For a while anyway. If the initial flow rates are not decent, look out below. | arlington chetwynd talbott
23/9/2024 15:15 | I know it was just me old sense of humour. It's a bit like the arrival of the II's post Casca start up of production, according to some clowns anyway, IMHO. | dunderheed
23/9/2024 14:56 | The FOLO is still winning overall. | arlington chetwynd talbott
23/9/2024 13:37 | Ah the FOMO arriving at last. | dunderheed
19/9/2024 10:59 | Ah good, he did get a bit repetitive and that's saying something coming from me! | dunderheed
19/9/2024 10:52 | ACT You're not the chap that invested 4500 or was it 1500 - resurrect123 or something like that are you? | dunderheed
19/9/2024 10:48 | We have all been there - JSE was my most recent stinker - I need it to more than double to break even. | arlington chetwynd talbott
19/9/2024 10:38 | ACT 38152, I'm not saying it's binary here however yes the chances are not as good as first estimated by me. I am personally confident this will pull through, obviously not confident about the BoD lol! Again though, I do absolutely get it wrong big time, lol. I was very wrong re IOG. because I didn't do my research correctly, was a bit lazy. Had I researched better and realised the core production concept behind Southwark expected production profiles, I'd have run an absolute mile. That said, it is from a position of very little true understanding regarding expected production and only through that assumption would I have run away. It simply didn't make sense to me (from position of little understanding i hasten to add) but must have made sense to a lot more cleverer and experienced than I, to get to the point of all the (excessive) capital spend. Ie not only spending on redundant platform but to make matters worse spending like a big operator rather than a "margin" player. All IMHO of course. | dunderheed
19/9/2024 09:36 | I've found tournesol to be completely obnoxious if you ever dare to take a stance he disagreed with Dunder. I've proved him factually wrong on several occasions but he will never, ever admit to being wrong. If he takes a dislike to you he'll stoop to lies and misrepresentation etc to character assassinate you. Odious character imo. | spawny100
19/9/2024 09:29 | Dunder, if it’s any consolation I’m 100% with you. I held on to HUR far too long and now have TXP, JSE, ECO and JOG all underwater. Hopefully AXL will make me happy! | chessman2
19/9/2024 09:25 | on the gravestone it will be written I HATED TXP | kaos3
19/9/2024 09:16 | Exactly - it was and remains binary. Good initial flow rates and it will spike up, even with the prospect of those flow rates declining significantly thereafter. Disappointing initial flow rates or fun and games with sand or water and folk will be thinking about the debt and heading for the exits. It is all about the balance of risk and reward. For long-suffering TRIN shareholders, TXP was just not a risk worth taking. | arlington chetwynd talbott
19/9/2024 08:00 | 38147, it absolutely doesn't matter. Always always keep your back covered for the unknown unknowns! Even though this was an easily known unknown tbh!! | dunderheed
19/9/2024 07:58 | dunder - exactly right | kaos3
19/9/2024 07:57 | Kaos3 you were at Hurricane weren't you? That was so unbelievable even more amateur hour than here. The irony is she was probably the BoD "expert" handling this acquisition, lol. All IMHO of course. | dunderheed
19/9/2024 07:56 | Dh, Possibly so confident/arrogant? that the deal would go thru', then along came a spider. | sleveen
19/9/2024 07:54 | 38142, ticked up. PS if I were AB I'd be pretty upset now! | dunderheed
19/9/2024 07:31 | Red fully agree but why oh why no divorce settlement? I hope they have done some form of deal in background but think this is probably not the case, IMHO. SHD. Best of luck all. | dunderheed
19/9/2024 07:27 | 24 hours after the Trin announcement Txp has officialy capitulated. It was an inevitable event, given the alternative bid terms. Why it took so long is surprising, but now we move on. THe BOD has to play the hand that it has been dealt and begin to deliver on the business plan on the table. tick tok, tick tok.... the meter is running - with no distractions. red. | redartbmud |
