13/1/2025 12:00 | No, you didn’t, which is why I asked che7win for the percentage now and the percentage in six months (and got neither). It is only retrospective to 1st January once it actually closes, which is some months off yet. | arlington chetwynd talbott
13/1/2025 11:56 | looks like john henry has 5 disciples. The naive leading the weak in the head? red | redartbmud
13/1/2025 11:47 | did I miss something - they are still waiting for the bank money in order to buy the access - or is it done already? in my head it is all as it used to be with txp nlg sales. nothig has changed? | kaos3
13/1/2025 11:11 | Not an answer - where are the percentages? Yes, I know all about Central Block, which is why I asked you for percentages. I guess you realised that they would just prove my point (that TXP is mostly thirled to local pricing for the foreseeable future). Wishful thinking about Cascadura pricing is just not going to cut it.It's like the gold at the end of the rainbow with you - you keep pointing but it never gets any closer. And yes, how dare you mention TXP in the same breath as PTAL? | arlington chetwynd talbott
13/1/2025 11:02 | assuming they are all variable? ============= Indeed, ok. | 11_percent
13/1/2025 11:00 | Well they do get the prices in line with the CB transaction, assuming funding okay, that is brought on board with that as well, 11% and assuming they are all variable? | dunderheed
13/1/2025 10:54 | Ok.....what are we saying here. Coho...we used to sell the gas to NGC......who sold it to shell....who sold to anyone they liked. Now....as of 1st January. We (TXP) sell the Coho gas to NGC......who sell to back to us.....and TXP sell into the various markets. Is this right??? | 11_percent
13/1/2025 10:52 | Chiggers 39030, isn't the $10mm funding that TXP is seeking, tied into Casca wells? I assume you are expecting this to he extended to CB as well? Also I'm still awaiting your clarification that my "de-ramping" posts are the reason the share price is so low, or was that an overly "personal emotion" over-reaction and just plain wrong?! | dunderheed
13/1/2025 10:45 | I give you a way out there, but next time, if you wade into TXP discussion, please be better informed.O/T for background knowledge, ACT doesn't like that I conveyed bullishness for the oil and gas sector and included TXP as an undervalued example in that sector on the PTAL board (I had made an initial purchase of PTAL at 31.5p this month). To answer your question ACT (please do your homework in future), TXP have immediate access to LNG prices via Central Block and new routes to market. That has indirect influence even on Cascadura which is fixed price, as TXP will likely drill on Central Block as opposed to Cascadura if given a choice. So Cascadura medium term will require a price renegotiation, sooner even as we cosy up to Heritage on Central block who are eager to get drilling.Drill baby drill! | che7win
13/1/2025 10:40 | Red agree, the financial oil market far larger than the physical. Plus sometimes there are fixed price, foreign exchange restrictions on all sorts of physical agreements as well. | dunderheed
13/1/2025 09:46 | Dunders Thanks, maybe hat will permeate the little grey cells. red | redartbmud
13/1/2025 09:40 | More comedy gold. Take the time to read my posts before you react to them. What percentage of TXP gas production currently accesses global prices? What percentage of TXP gas production will access global prices in six months’ time? Have a word with yourself. | arlington chetwynd talbott
13/1/2025 09:34 | Chiggers, nearly as incredible as saying my posts have allowed you and others to take advantage of such low great value prices for TXP, we all say stupid things we regret occasionally eh mate?! | dunderheed
13/1/2025 09:25 | ACT, Are you saying that all gas prices in Trinidad, including LNG are derived locally with no global influence? Incredible if you are. LNG news in past month or so will highly influence TXP in the future, have you missed this news? | che7win
13/1/2025 09:14 | JH eh 39022, you dont think a lot of companies hedge production, lol? | dunderheed
13/1/2025 09:14 | Oil prices have a significant global aspect (though Heritage are infamously greedy) but gas prices tend to be much more local. It is important to make that distinction here. | arlington chetwynd talbott
13/1/2025 09:11 | redartmud pretty dense comment. The prices they receive will increase by the same percentage. Therefore increased revenue. | john henry
13/1/2025 09:02 | Doesn't mean that the oil companies are able to achieve those prices in the market. red | redartbmud
13/1/2025 08:57 | Just look at the oil and gas prices, that alone is enough.Oil up 152 basis points today. | che7win
13/1/2025 08:32 | Comedy gold. | arlington chetwynd talbott |
