Proportionately it's probably no different than South Africa?
It's just another "excuse" for the "TXP apologists" (it's "so difficult" there) club.
A lot of the West Indian islands have surprisingly high rates as do a lot of other south American countries, Mexico, Ecuador etc but business just carries on IMHO.
