Look at the Market cap of DGM and IBG, and then look at are market cap none brainer.

Did say news would be out this month, more to come yet!! this is not the main news i am waiting for. Hoping for an RNS after VI comes back, still stick with my 10p before month end this part of the business is a big money earner and its out just in time for xmas, DGM has just upgraded its software as well for xmas.

LOOKING BETTER NOW AS WE ARE SEEING WERE THE GROWTH AND REVENUE IS GOING TO COME FROM.

Just to look sideways at the value of Touch.

Daily Telegraph Business today.

Purchase for £140m, yes folks thats £140m for Megermarket, a database of M&A information.This company has to be much larger than TOU.

However,what do we see?

Last accounts £264.000 on sales of £9.1m
Possible profits £1.5m on £20 m? Only possible nothing filed!!!
So thats a big outfit.
At a fancy multiple though.Thats a monster cheque.

So Touch is worth? eh????
Thats the market value then!!!!

Wouldn't Touch Verticles fit well with the electonic services arm of Pearson ?

I rest the case I have been making for the intrinsic value of TOU, for the moment.
I'll keep looking at the wider picture in the future.

Thanks for that they know i hold a big holding in TOU,they were trying to buy mine last week but i said give me 15p and i will sell them to you, i will be buying another 200,000 before I go away on the 26th of this month, and thats it will then sit and wait hoping for this to be over 15p by xmas and 10p before end of month

They are just playing games, very quite week this,just gives them something to do, you are right SCAP were the ones that bought the stock,try and buy 200,000 of him and see him run a mile.

The seller was someone i know,needed the money they took them of him no problem? I still hold and so does my friend,told you nothing happening this week as VI is on holiday expecting some thing before end of month IMHO

a basic some up ,very basic.

touch local uk platform now running since march 2006.allowing touch to form partnerships with other sites to attract more customers.

verticals up and running ,revenue coming in from at least 3 verticals with a good customer base so far of over 1000.

breifings sales up 25%.very profitable buiseness.

online buiseness advertising started in september 2005 and now brings in revenue of £100,000 plus a month.

touch voicestick to be launched 3q 2006...

new 25 strong sales team.
