Agree about the late notification ..... 5.01% to 4.99% .... Would be notifiable .....
Or 4.99% to 5.01 ...... Means you have crossed a full % point ...

Porky

Took them nearly a month to notify of the increase, has taken them a day to notify of the decrease. Manipulation mate nothing more nothing less.

The note I posted stated 1% they haven’t dropped 1%.

This is AIM after all and there are no rules, doesn’t really matter in the long run but just goes to show how large investors can spook private investors into selling.

No doubt they will increase again once they get their price.

USA markets start the dive after England market closes

buywell believes the next down leg is underway as Investors realize a second wave of Covid is coming inshore as of now

Politicians to be fare have no option but to release lockdown or else soon face rioting on the streets in London Manchester Birmingham Derby Nottingham and Leeds again.

The COE has extended the 80% furlough scheme to do just that , prevent rioting which would present a direct threat to the Government.

They are buying peace on the streets

They are doing it in the Northern Hemisphere so as to peak the second wave with August

Their only option to minimise deaths as temperatures rise

This virus thrives in cold conditions

IMO dyor

I thought you were obliged to notify holdings when you pass through certain thresholds, both up and down, 5% being one of them. As far as I know they only have to notify again when they reduce below 3%.

As far as I can tell. Liontrust didn’t have to post a holding notice as it was less than 1%. Are they trying to influence the share price I wonder and is that legal.

Suppose it gives the market makers some shares to sell, at some point it will have to gap up though.

It seems like there was indeed resistance at 20p. People slag off TA but for me it is a viral part of the armoury!
