I think it prudent too to take some cash out of the market. My concern though is that we are likely to see the return of rather high inflation once all the dust settles. In that respect cash may not be the best place. A better store of value could well be physical gold: I saw one report predicting it could rise to $3000/oz by 2021.

With inflation, stocks also become quite a good hedge - especially in cash generating companies. For me, TLY seems a good bet to not only survive but actually thrive in a post-pandemic world where lessons learned lead to broader liberalisation of our NHS to make it more efficient. Growing to a £250m market cap would seem a sinch from here.

Strangely I don't yet have a guaranteed way of knowing what the markets will do. For me it is prudent at this moment to retreat into cash to some degree. I am surprised no-one else seems to be worried about the economic devastation which is coming.

And the rise in TLY over the last week has been sharp 😜....

LOL I genuinely want it to go up.....

To be serious, I am still worried about the oncoming massive recession/ depression. In a lot of my holdings I am reducing after big rises so that I am more in cash. Each to their own

Can't be much longer until we get past 20p quite a few traders sold this morning by the look of it. Strange isn't it how a round figure like 20p causes people to sell.

Once we pass that no doubt 30p will be the next hurdle.
