Nobby,

I too expect another stock market crash as more economic data comes out. Hence why I'm bearish on Housing market, holidays, hospitality...

However, TLY are growing exponentially. Everyone needs healthcare and Covid19 has shown how important it is.

New services including Airport, growing list of cancelled operations.

EBITDA ~£3.5m-£4m - AHEAD of expectations of £3.4m
Revenue ~£100m-£120m, below expectations of £120m
Cash: £8.9m

paying dividends (if they decide to declare a final, depending on feelings around covid19 and supporting the NHS.)

Mcap=£33m

If you believe TA is great then why not sell your entire holding and buy back at 14p...
unless, of course, you believe it's undervalued at the current mcap..

I see support between 15 and 16p so that is probably the place to buy.....although still wary about another stock market collapse. I am intrigued, is really no-one else worried about this? That is a serious question and not a subtle deramp....

Indeed. That is what I would do in their shoes. Sell at 18p and buy back at 14p, makes perfect sense.

In fact I think they should both sell some more shares to see if they can get the price down a bit more :-)

Strewth, what goes up comes down I guess. Still, I see a strong bounce off 14p.

Porky

Begs the question as to wether they should have announced the increase over 3%. Also going to 5.01% suggests they wanted to announce to get the market excited but making sure they only just went over the 5% knowing they would sell into the rush for shares.

Something to keep an eye on in the future perhaps.

182,186,111 voting rights before and after the event.

Something occurred to make the small percentage rate change?

Was it an ammendment?

Agree about the late notification ..... 5.01% to 4.99% .... Would be notifiable .....
Or 4.99% to 5.01 ...... Means you have crossed a full % point ...
