macthepak - I would guess this relates to your open offer entitlement. If you currently hold 100k tly shares, then your entitlement under the offer will be 16666 shares (1/6 x 100k rounded down). This will cost you £1666.60 if you want to take it up. I don't know what the last number is (the £1499.94, other than being 90% of the £1666.60).

I can't see any open offer entitlement yet in my account (Barclays).

I have not been paying much attention to this stock.

Checked my iWeb account it says the following:

TOTALLY NEW ORD GBP0.10 SUB SHS CL (076U)
16666 1.00p £166.66 *10.00p £1666.60 £1499.94

What is going on??

Nobby you may well be right. Although my 6pmprediction is destined to come true I might dip in and go for 8333 shares my broker is offering at 10p

It must be very painful for 1gw seeing that people are prepared to pay above the offer price for stock because it shows this is a transformative deal! He will be eating his words very soon. This is most definitely the time to buy in very big IMHO...

Will be below 10p again very soon.

I'm in for 200k at 6p for starters. Will sell them at 60p

As the share price rises more investors will want to take up the open offer shares. Brokers are probably aware of this.

Oh look! Someone just bought 145k at 10.4p. Everything looking very positive here!

That depends what shares they're trying to sell to spacedust. The company will want to get the open offer shares away to raise funds. But equally there might be some brokers who have committed to take placing shares and are trying to sell them on to retail customers.

And you, certainly can't buy any at 9.9p now. If the price does go down again, I will be in for tens of thousands more.

Dusty you dipstick you haven’t got any shares. What is it with you and 1gw what is it with you pair ffs. As for the broker desperate to sell shares why as if not sold they will be cancelled.

My broker offering me placings share at 10p. I told them I can buy for 9.9p the guy was shocked. Then I told him that I will get them at 6p during the latter half of this year......he hung up.

They are desperate to sell placing shares. I'm down massively on my 140p purchase and 23p purchase.

Hopefully when I buy at 6p I won't be down on them too.

6p to 60p for no reason

I have already voted in favour for all my and my wife’s online shares and that amounts to about 0.5% of the company!

The deal is an excellent one for the company in my view. Approval imho is an absolute formality, and I expect it to be overwhelming.

Would the shareprice go up or down if it wasn't approved?

Would collapse imho (because of sentiment , not fundamentals). The existing investors aren't that stupid, to point a gun at their own feet!

All imho.

Yes, no problem with getting the placing money.. very fast... shows there was a lot of interest...

"Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Board of Totally is pleased to announce the completion of a placing of 90,000,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 10 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing Price") to raise a total of GBP9.0 million (before expenses) (the "Placing")."

Deal is probably already approved. GM is just a formality and the open offer is for private investors to get some at 10p which Bob will use in his defence at the AGM. Oh well let’s hope the results are good and they are holding back on some contract announcements.

It's hilarious to see someone jump up and down saying they are right about how bad totally are, when their own failed investments and constant top ups all the way down in Blinkx/ROne and now Tap are so under water. Failed accountants never have a clue. LMAO
