05/6/2019 20:03 | The longer the shareprice stays rooted to 10p, the more you might question whether the deal will even be approved by shareholders, I think. As far as I can see only around 22% votes are accounted for by major shareholders participating in the placing (i.e. 8% Newlands, 8% L&G, 6% Columbia Threadneedle), or 23% if you include Bob. That is less than the about 26% accounted for by major shareholders not participating (10% Unicorn, 6% Killik, 6% Seneca, 5% Royal London). I haven't seen any commitments, or even letters of intent, from shareholders to vote for the deal, so given the luke-warm market reaction, might non-participating shareholders decide they would rather take their chances with turning round the existing Tly rather than being diluted away by the acquisition and placing? | 1gw
05/6/2019 19:30 | Anything 10p or under being snapped up .........Declaring buys or sells ....... Personal choice ..... Probably less than 5% ......... On any share ... Declare their Trades ...... | porky8
05/6/2019 19:01 | How come it's only nobby declaring any buys? Are the rest of you not interested at 10p? | 1gw
05/6/2019 18:59 | There's the Hoover....... 50,000 late buy .......sellers hoping to get in cheaper might have to think again..... | porky8
05/6/2019 18:46 | They are using placing money to acquire a growing profitable company as part of their stated ADD AND BUILD STRATEGY... TLY are continuing their strategy to be a leading provider of OOH services to the NHS.. GBH expands TLY foothold to include the lucrative London & SE...so it fits in perfectly with their current Vocare offering... NHS is rolling out new IUCs over the next 2 yrs... TLY are in the right place at the right time The story hasn't changed.. | sikhthetech
05/6/2019 18:20 | Still 1m or so to go then nobby? If the share price can't hold 10p despite the demand from holders wanting to reduce dilution, then that would be quite revealing about existing shareholders' enthusiasm for the deal, wouldn't it? | 1gw
05/6/2019 18:01 | I bought 50k at 9.9 earlier rather than buying them in the open offer. Looks like I won’t be able to get any more so will have to get some in the offer! | nobbygnome
05/6/2019 16:25 | Trolls are quiet today must be buying | grahamwales
05/6/2019 15:27 | Nice to see.... The sells being chewed up .... | porky8
05/6/2019 12:09 | quick call the FCA the share price is blue must be a boiler gang at work | football
05/6/2019 12:06 | So have those onlookers not holding shares missed out on buying at 10p | grahamwales
05/6/2019 11:39 | graham, as I said yesterday, US firms have been providing services to the NHS for years... It's nothing new and has nothing to do with Brexit... The SDM/Clinical Coaching was based on American models... | sikhthetech
05/6/2019 11:07 | A lot of propaganda from labour supporters who are against private companies running any business. Corbyn will be gone before the next elections. | grahamwales
05/6/2019 11:06 | I must have missed the PFI, use of private drugs, provision of private services, use of agency nurses and doctors, use if agency cleaners. The NHS market has been partly opened up a long time and frankly it's vacuous bs from socialists to suggest American firms couldn't tender for some public contracts. | grahamwales
05/6/2019 11:01 | RE: UK USA Trade DealToday 10:38I don't cherish the NHS at all. It's ration by queue where the tax payers in the queue pay for the non tax payers. Nothing clever or special about it at all. It's why it isn't copied elsewhere on earth because it's a stupid model but with great propaganda. | grahamwales
05/6/2019 11:00 | Some interesting posts on Lloyd’s board on LSE. 52Trump's rescinded on his NHS quote, apparently it's off the table now. Regarding privatisation our local NHS used to have a 'private' company running the endoscopy department, plush waiting room very efficient. The NHS took it back and talking with some of the retained staff, apparently its now a complete shambles with patient testing numbers halved and an increase in staff. Nobody can criticise the NHS and climate scientists these days. | grahamwales
05/6/2019 10:25 | So few are realising that 6p to 60p is on the cards...... | spacedust
05/6/2019 08:38 | Pharmacist by far the biggest outsourced cost the NHS. EU countries have taken advantage of the lack of competition in the NHS so what if US companies want to compete. This will eventually bring the cost down which is a good thing isn’t it. | grahamwales
05/6/2019 08:11 | Sikh Not sure why people are getting so concerned with Trump. I don’t think he will get personally involved in the NHS lol. Unless of course he wants free health care. The NHS is the biggest drain on the countries resources if it can be made more efficient for the same amount of cash then I’m all for it. | grahamwales
04/6/2019 21:52 | graham, US companies have been supporting the NHS for years, nothing new... It's Mr Trump's involvement, not US companies, that I wouldn't want to see... The NHS SDM was based on US systems... | sikhthetech
04/6/2019 21:26 | Think about the first tranche option target of 35p .... Why .....GBH value + vocare turnaround profit value ...... £1.5 million to £3 million would do nicely ..... Could see it sailing on to the second tranche target ..... | porky8
04/6/2019 20:43 | Sikh How many tourists to America have eaten chlorinated chicken with no effects, yet another mis information by the remainders. U S companies want a piece of the pharmacy drugs what better way than to have doctors prescribing them. | grahamwales
04/6/2019 19:54 | Interesting.. Not sure I would want Trump involved with the NHS...and supplying chlorinated chicken... | sikhthetech
04/6/2019 19:38 | But is £16m a good price? Can current Tly management be trusted to make a success of the acquisition given their track record with Vocare? If the intention is to give a big role to Greenbrook senior management, are they going to be able to successfully manage the relatively aggressive balance sheet given Greenbrook's more conservative balance sheet? | 1gw |
