Football what is your obsession with Totally and GDPR? Of course they will be compliant, it will be part of any NHS contract with a third party supplier.I managed the GDPR planning for a project before it was implemented. So know quite a bit about it. What exactly do you need to know? They will also likely have a GDPR officer you could even contact at Vocare with queries as most companies of size do.You are trying to make a story out of nothing. I think Brexit fallout is a larger short term worry than GDPR at Totally tbh.

And again it's red I wonder which big institution may be selling this time?

We always get told by the leader here to follow the money so if we follow the money why are all the big institutions dumping here?

Get told to look at both sides of the story so why is a no talk about GDPR and the effects it could have on the company as it seems they are subject to it and one of the first people to be prosecuted is a privatised NHS company?

Why is no share buyback happened?

Why move offices when London rents are falling surely is better to be at the centre of it all next to government or is it like STT says Wendy wants a shorter drive?

Why hasn't Bob the builder bought more shares at this historic low or any other company board member to they think it will fall for further?

How can the company make a profit on a £320k contract when the pain doctors nearly £200,000 a year and that's without all the nurses and call operators with rising wage costs?

Quick question serious this one not that joking about above

Totally is a call centre based business so why do they need so many call centres in different areas surely they could get one big warehouse divided into sections and each could run their own local health authority therefore only paying one lot of council tax, electric, public liability and centralise the operations it's all done on the end of a phone line so it doesn't matter where you are in the world you could pick up and deal with the calls as got to the doctors at work for totally are based from home if they don't live within 30 miles of call centre.
Also different areas may have different peak times or come under stress at different times of the year so it will be easier if there is all centralised and any excess calls could just be switched to an operator that wasn't busy at that time.

As always good luck and hope no one loses any money here
