Football, you have copied pasted and highlighted a post in the +1 header, which was originally posted by fake ‘rocket fuel’ (member since feb 2nd)

footy, you knew it was a fake post yet still you highlight it and try to pass it off as kosher!.. you deceive and try to discredit posters, day in day out, don’t you football?..

.. the rthm share price will not recover, just because you go around super-trolling other members here.. nor will it recover just because you post lies all day long!

It's no good talking about a 10 year plan if you're not around next year to take advantage of it.

Just like the Guardian's campaign wanting to stop the privatisation of the NHS if that picks up momentum you never know all these contracts could be cancelled.

As they cost the NHS money by sending out ambulances unneeded which wipes out any cost savings totally may provide to the NHS

What uncertainty in turning around a big low-margin business?

The long awaited NHS 10 year plans were only published a few weeks ago... in which THEY stated that they are rolling out their integrated system within next 2 yrs???

Labour created NHS Direct, which became NHS 111 under the tories.. so can't see why Labour would reverse their ideas..

TLY consists of more than just Vocare...About Health, PPH, both of which should benefit from the NHS 10 yr plans..

Cenkos have moved off the offer and were on the bid when it was briefly 14.3. That is an encouraging sign for me...

Perhaps worth re-visiting the bear case I posted in September. Very little (positive) change on financials or political situation, I would say, but persistent institutional selling is still weighing I think: the more institutions sell, the more difficult it is for other institutions to justify continuing to hold. So while we wait for 1 or more holdings notices to reveal who was behind yesterday's volume, I think the changes in holdings that have been revealed since I posted in September are:

Buys
The Newlands
Ameriprise

Sells
Lombard Odier
Miton
Legal & General
Killik

In addition the company confirmed that Hargreave Hale/Canaccord and Schroders were below the 3% threshold, although that was also suggested from the annual report listing.

So the main issue for me, pending new financials, is the lack of support from the institutions. How many of those that have been selling have further to go?

If the company could persuade 1 or 2 declared institutions to add, or other institutions to take new discloseable positions then it might do wonders for sentiment. While it is nice to have new private investors on board, I don't think they can have the same impact on sentiment that a solid institutional increase could have.

TLY bear case

Well, how about this for a starter. I see at least 3 main areas of support for the bear case:

1. Financials

Negative net current assets combined with negative operating cashflow is not a good position to be in. Combine that with the uncertainty of turning round a big low-margin business and you can argue for red flags.

2. Institutions selling

Institutions appear to be queueing up to sell:
3.3 million shares sold by Miton between October and May
2.9 million shares sold by Lombard Odier between October and June
0.6 million shares sold byKillik & Co between May and June
Up to 2.2m shares sold by Hargreave Hale since September 2017 (now below 3%)
Up to 2.2m shares sold by Schroders since October (now below 3%)

Who’s next? Are the MMs literally operating a queuing system on big sell orders?

3. Political uncertainty

What would a labour government mean for TLY? Even without wholesale nationalization, would the turmoil of NHS organizational change mean an existential problem for TLY given its weak balance sheet?

Disclosure: I am long TLY.

Had to fill or kill just to get 10k at 13.5p so at that level mm's do not want to offer much unless the 50k seller starts dumping at 13p but they might be out now.

STT you had no problem taking archery147 under your wing over at rhythm one when his ID was less than a day old so wide you have a problem with WanBissaka?
Is it because he sussed you out and this company?

I said it all along you got a £320,000 contract you're employing doctors at 200K a year pro rata a long with nurses, admin staff, having to pay for training programs, insurances, electric, gas, maintenance, rates, rent and untold other unforeseen expenses all along with wage rises going up faster than inflation!

Any fool or company can by a contract/work by pricing it so low no one else for tender for it, this may be okay on a one-off basis to get your foot in the door but you were an established company and you're still working on margins which are not profitable and buying work by underpricing the jobs.

Probably why Bob the builder won't waste any of the companies money on a share buyback and most telling is that he won't by a single share in a company he runs.

It's all well and good having revenues of £100 mil but if their margins are wafer thin they will still lose money.
Given the state of this basket cases' balance sheet it is no wonder the share price continues to fall.

Strange you want to wait for a holding RNS where at other shares you're demanding private investors know immediately and why someone is dumping the share!

Hi Micro, thanks for the welcome.

I’m only a small holder, my understanding is that the material sellers stock was being placed with a collection of holders such as myself.

Although I realise that there is nothing to prevent me or other buyers selling the shares straight on I suppose it’s less likely that everyone will dump so the shares although not restricted in anyway will at least be in relatively stickier more optimistic hands.

Had a feeling share price would fall today as I was offered them at discount.

But it's nice to see you here posting on the share you say you hold rather than spending most of the day and night working 3 bulletin boards and every thread on them slagging off a share you don't hold back cost you probably your life savings.

Dave,
Yes best to wait until the holding rns comes out...
The fy end is some 6 weeks away, so hoping for a TU then... it's also when Brexit is due so still some political uncertainty..

Bob mentioned in his recent interview that the revenues are shy of $100m.. If they can achieve that then that is a big step forward...

Once IUC contracts are rolling out then everything should fall into place...

Jack, welcome aboard. Thanks for an interesting and helpful, informative post. Some long-termers here who agree with your take, and as you'll have noticed, a few, erm, 'others'. Wouldn't expect you to reveal your hand but useful to have some general handle on how much of the overhang you might have taken up, in broad terms of 5,6,7 figures?
