Porky85 moving towards profitability? That could mean instead of losing 500K you only lose 499K this year as it still moving towards profitability.

Fits the criteria, yes if you're enriching money and need to save some moving to cheaper offices fits the criteria, no one moves from central London where government is and all decisions are being made.

And reassessing the share buyback means they have no money as the share price is at historic lows and you don't wait for it to rise back up to a normal trading range before you start a share buyback as that is a waste of shareholders money.

What about all the bad reviews from staff criticising management for bullying and putting profits over patients/customers

Porky8 so why all the reviews in the last month? Why haven't they mentioned the additional costs that GDPR is inflicted on the company's business which STT says is a cost but not mentioned anywhere.

And as for lifting getting a few places back up the figures doesn't say a lot you have to be pretty bad not to get a green rating.

Wears a share buyback?

While the company moving offices to save money?

What will the rising wage costs do to the company's profits if any ever?

If it's also rosy as Bob the builder says wires none of the board put their hands in their pocket.

Paying doctors £200,000 a year and expected to make money on small piecemeal contracts.

Only good news I see recently is Labour and Jeremy are eight points behind in the polls and that is good news for totally as he won't be able to renationalise all parts of the NHS if they got into power.

26 jobs on the indeed website at present most reviews are one start from the company then 2 start over 70% of the reviews for the company say don't work for them and about bad management.

If you was looking for a job and read the reviews the company would you apply to work there?

No wonder you are having to start to pay over the odds to get staff to work for you

And more management lying to staff seem to be common practice when looking at the reviews about the company

Avoid like the plague.
Rota Coordinator (Former Employee) – Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire – 15 November 2018
Worst place I’ve ever worked. Managers intimidate and bully their staff. As soon as you walk through the door, you can feel the awful atmosphere. The managers have no people skills, show an awful lack of respect to all the staff and have no professional skills at all. I don’t know how they have got away with it for so long. Anyway, do not apply for this job. You will be lied to all throughout your interview about the hours you’ll work and how much you’ll be paid.

Bullying staff this where lawsuits start and is a sign of weak management

Bullying incompetent management
Team Leader (Current Employee) – Staffordshire – 22 October 2018
Turn away. You would be better cleaning toilets than working for this disorganised company. The management are completely incompetent, no managerial skills or people skills. Impossible to approach any member of staff above a team leader. Always mess you around with your pay. Always short and late. Never once in 4 years do you ever get a thank you for all the extras you do. Always just telling you your terrible at your jobs. If your face does not fit then you are targeted by management. Everything is covered over when the inspectors come along but as soon as they leave patients lives are put at risk. It’s just dangerous. All the operational team members are there for us to lie to patients. Tell them that someone will call back soon when in actual fact Vocare have no clinical staff on so they just hope you don’t die whilst you wait for the imaginary clincian to call back.

It's not the first time that Vocare practices have been called into question particularly honesty and making money over patients.

Must be worrying for shareholders that these problems keep repeating themselves is it the company's ethos to disrespect patients and make money or are these isolated cases?

Who knows but they keep turning up on a regular basis

1 star review

Seriously look somewhere else.

Personal Assistant (Former Employee) – Derby, Derbyshire – 17 January 2019
Questionable processes
Dishonest Senior Management
Staff are dispensible not assets
More interested in making money than valuing staff or patients
Change mind on a whim
Don't like challenge, become defensive
Won't give answers to queries or questions

Can't believe that tinpot chairman beggin up the company but won't put his hand in his pocket to back it up.

I wonder which will be the next private health trust to get done with data breaches and GDPR?

One little slip up honest or not could cripple a company who is finding it hard with their cash flow and having to move offices to save money and not having a share buyback like they said they would.

Good to see STT got one of his mates in here and is losing the packet as well does the man have no shame

If he spends £110 million then they will be buying Care UK. No need to spend that much just a couple of million plus shares at a much higher price will add to their portfolio and revenue. The bigger they get the easier it will be to integrate smaller companies.

But we won't if he spends £110m buying stuff to get there.

But my point was, although bits of the Vox interview seemed to be almost word-for-word the same as the earlier proactive interview, the bit on targets was conspicuously different, with the focus on revenue rather than market cap.
