08/5/2018 07:43 | On my way to the AGM so if anyone else is going I will see you there! Nobby | nobbygnome
06/5/2018 12:52 | Even then we wouldn't be at one times turnover. I would predict a ten bagger especially if they acquire more businesses which reduce the risk. Nobby | nobbygnome
06/5/2018 11:43 | Can't see why this couldn't 3 or 4 bag over the next 2 years... If they execute | deltrotter
06/5/2018 08:39 | Agree Dave,It's clear that Miton selling has been artificially holding down the price and we could now be in for quick recovery. Hopefully the high volume we've witnessed over the past couple of days will continue whilst the market cap is so low - currently just £14 million! An RNS during the day on Tuesday confirming the buy back will be the catalyst to a speedy re-rate imo. | parob
05/5/2018 20:49 | Tuesday should be fun. Full offer to buy at close yesterday. Conformation that Miton is out and lots of traders cleared out on Friday too. Many will be trying to buy back. If company can buy back stock too soon. It's nailed on to get back towards 40p in time and maybe quick time. | dave4545
05/5/2018 10:23 | Slightly muddling that they had two RNSs, which might have been clearer the other way round, and could easily have been just one instead, but the bottom line is that they are out completely. I wasn't quite 100% right Sikh, in that I thought they would retain what they had left until the next redemption, but now we are also spared that in 11 months time. But they were the overhang, and the overhang has gone. Just incase anyone is in any doubt: 'Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached 0.00%' Great news :) PS: I noticed WEY (results due Tuesday) share price edging ahead this week, nother of their's, but no RNS as of yet, and the traders' delight, VRS, also on the move. | microscope
05/5/2018 10:07 | Cheers cottoner Any idea what the turnover/net profit for vocare is during 17/18? Last accounts were 77m t/o 288k profit - if totally can trim even 5% through intergration that is 4m on the bottom line | bigoffice
04/5/2018 20:22 | BIGo, Worth listening to the Chairman Bob Holt interview from Jan 2018 one quote @ 2min 15secs 'Vocare acquisition transformational - taken business from £10m revenues to £100m revenues' | cottoner
04/5/2018 18:59 | Just come across this share14m Mcap 4m turnover 1621m turnover 17Does anyone know the projected turnover for 2018? | bigoffice
04/5/2018 18:17 | Babbler, have a read of microscope's posts on Miton... He was spot on regarding them and them selling other AIM shares... | sikhthetech
04/5/2018 18:00 | They were also selling a few others like mwg etc. Wonder if they sold all their aim shares. Be some big rises once they are done on their selling elsewhere too. Mwg rose last couple of days so maybe out there too. | babbler
04/5/2018 17:26 | ...Ah - just seen the second RNS. Miton out completely - excellent! | someuwin
04/5/2018 17:24 | Miton down from 6.92% to 3.59% Only 2.14 million left (But that was as of Yesterday - so with today's very high volume they could well be all out now) | someuwin
04/5/2018 17:05 | Bye Miton and thanks for the opportunity of sub 22p stock because of your selling. | dave4545
04/5/2018 17:05 | MILTON ARE OUT!!!!! | babbler
04/5/2018 16:51 | I saw maya at the time and missed it. Will not miss this one... | babbler
04/5/2018 16:36 | Dave, check out chart of MAYA too - same thing there. Buy back announced around 40/50p from memory. They ended up being taken out for about £1.20. | parob
04/5/2018 16:31 | Want a good example of that Parob | dave4545
04/5/2018 16:27 | And another 8438 for me. Just think these will motor next week should the buy back go through - can't see why they wouldn't at these depressed prices. I've seen it with other shares I've been invested in. | parob
04/5/2018 16:26 | Looks like it's full offer 26p to buy now for any size so going to finish strong. Bidding not far off mid price now for stock. Sets it up nicely for Tuesday, any chance of a holding rns today please | dave4545
04/5/2018 16:11 | Reckon we got shot of the real day traders this afternoon. Long weekend and all that.... | microscope
04/5/2018 15:58 | Seems now the overhang has gone they are reducing the size they show straight away. Last 26k was delayed one hour and paid full 26p but you can buy still for around 25.44p online now but not sure how much size is available | dave4545
04/5/2018 14:58 | One of my - 53k has been delayed so I guess others will as well. Watch later.... | deltrotter
04/5/2018 14:56 | 2 million+ volume already. Another v high day. | someuwin
