Even then we wouldn't be at one times turnover. I would predict a ten bagger especially if they acquire more businesses which reduce the risk.

Agree Dave,It's clear that Miton selling has been artificially holding down the price and we could now be in for quick recovery. Hopefully the high volume we've witnessed over the past couple of days will continue whilst the market cap is so low - currently just £14 million! An RNS during the day on Tuesday confirming the buy back will be the catalyst to a speedy re-rate imo.

Tuesday should be fun.

Full offer to buy at close yesterday. Conformation that Miton is out and lots of traders cleared out on Friday too. Many will be trying to buy back. If company can buy back stock too soon. It's nailed on to get back towards 40p in time and maybe quick time.

Slightly muddling that they had two RNSs, which might have been clearer the other way round, and could easily have been just one instead, but the bottom line is that they are out completely.
I wasn't quite 100% right Sikh, in that I thought they would retain what they had left until the next redemption, but now we are also spared that in 11 months time. But they were the overhang, and the overhang has gone.

Just incase anyone is in any doubt:

'Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached 0.00%'

PS: I noticed WEY (results due Tuesday) share price edging ahead this week, nother of their's, but no RNS as of yet, and the traders' delight, VRS, also on the move.

Cheers cottoner Any idea what the turnover/net profit for vocare is during 17/18? Last accounts were 77m t/o 288k profit - if totally can trim even 5% through intergration that is 4m on the bottom line

They were also selling a few others like mwg etc. Wonder if they sold all their aim shares. Be some big rises once they are done on their selling elsewhere too. Mwg rose last couple of days so maybe out there too.

(But that was as of Yesterday - so with today's very high volume they could well be all out now)

Dave, check out chart of MAYA too - same thing there. Buy back announced around 40/50p from memory. They ended up being taken out for about £1.20.

Seems now the overhang has gone they are reducing the size they show straight away.

Last 26k was delayed one hour and paid full 26p but you can buy still for around 25.44p online now but not sure how much size is available
