Just added another 5k by spreadbet. I am now over 400k so it is my second biggest holding. I expect to make 100% on these this year from this level.....maybe a lot more.

Multi million pound contracts, strong cash position, Vocare as I mentioned last week able to get the cash in early, and TLY perfectly placed to cherry pick contracts from both Virgin and Care UK now, as Sikh pointed out.

Specialized market with first mover advantage, and highly respected management. Chart looks set fair for 33p, first stop, with negligible resistance from here. Not to mention I still genuinely believe there's a major stakebuilder.

GM scheduled for 10am on Tuesday, so would expect RNS with result of GM and agreement to enable share buyback sometime during that day.

And the volume should attract other investors to the party. An announcement early next week giving the go ahead for a share buyback will see these really moving.

So even now only valued at about £16 million yet the company will turn over approaching £100 million this coming year. Hmmmm..... talk about a ridiculous valuation. Yes they need to show Vocare is profitable but I did receive assurances that was the case at the investor meeting in February.

General meeting next Tuesday (8th May) to authorise the company to buy back nearly 10% of its own shares.

"...If passed, the Resolution gives authority for the Company to purchase up to 5,979,517 of its Ordinary Shares, representing just under 10 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital."
