23/4/2018 17:39 | So 1.85 mil of delayed block trades from Friday to match the similar blocks from Thursday. Miton are just slow to update and telling about the usual 1% drops in holding. They have way less than some people think. Today's big sales from them will show tomorrow evening after the close. | dave4545
23/4/2018 17:39 | They have left 2,736,436, or 4.58% Make that HAD.... There they are another 4 late trades, another 1.85 million shares at 21.5p. So that will leave them under 900,000 (assuming it is them, hardly likely to be anyone else!).Worth keeping an eye on numbers now, 886,436 if my maths is correct. They must be sooo desperate, the redemption has forced them to offload anything they can. 900,000 won't hurt now as they are covered by this morning's RNS re the buyback. And they'll as I said before be put in Treasury almost certainly ahead of the approval for buyback. | microscope
23/4/2018 17:34 | well done Micro, you were right about Miton | sikhthetech
23/4/2018 17:22 | How have they suddenly strayed at 5.56% | spacedust
23/4/2018 17:21 | It could be that they are now completely out and therefore the holdings rns will now be issued. I thought they held 9%??? | spacedust
23/4/2018 17:19 | And there is the holding rns. They still have s long way to go. I expect daily holding rns holdings until rest of the week. | spacedust
23/4/2018 16:32 | Sustained buying and the 22k trade I thought was a sale turned out to be a b&b so no selling late this afternoon. I think tomorrow the overhang will clear. | dave4545
23/4/2018 15:33 | Noting you sell them to bob. He is will to pay 50% premium. 800k volume we could well see 1m by close if play. Still big over hang | spacedust
23/4/2018 15:29 | Think the commissions might kill me on that one :-)) | dave4545
23/4/2018 15:22 | Sell your 50k in blocks of 50 | spacedust
23/4/2018 14:57 | 23.55-25p full offer to buy now That 22k at 23.12p really sold and give away their shares | dave4545
23/4/2018 14:55 | I've got 50...50 thousand, does that count :-)) | dave4545
23/4/2018 14:53 | dave, BoB said he would buy shares off shareholders with tiny holdings, up to 50(?).. as the commission would be too high to make it viable to sell them... | sikhthetech
23/4/2018 14:46 | One born every minute selling at 23.13p after 2 x 100k buys at 25p What's that directors buy all about, he can buy mine if he wants to pay 35p for them too :-)) | dave4545
23/4/2018 14:33 | 200k buy doesn't push the price up!!!! | spacedust
23/4/2018 13:04 | RNS OUT. Director buys circs 5k shares at average 35p. | spacedust
23/4/2018 12:46 | Live it Large Dave.gl | moneytree1
23/4/2018 12:44 | Still seems to be a overhang of some sorts. 24.12-25.28p, if the mm's had no stock buys like 25,000 and 70,000 would be shifting the price. Still it's a matter of when not if for this to trade over 30p if the company is allowed to buy their own stock with cash resources | dave4545
23/4/2018 12:31 | Bought some more. Trade not reported yet. Had to pay 25p | hybrasil
23/4/2018 11:01 | Surprised that share price has not moved up on those buys | spacedust
23/4/2018 10:21 | great rns... it shows BOD confidence that they believe they will be cash generative going forward... As to next acquisition... Maybe they believe they have enough cash for whatever they're planning or will have enough when then they are ready for their next acquisition... | sikhthetech
23/4/2018 09:38 | If the company buys around 20p level and then sells in the distant future for 100p that's a great cash generator....whuch may well be returned to us by way of special dividend | spacedust
23/4/2018 09:31 | Superb news. Interestingly the figure is above what Milton held - 5.474m - and the figure is 5.979m. Suspect Miton's sales will now be held in Treasury as is normal until formal authorisation. The company buying back around 20p is such a smart move given the chronic undervaluation it represented. As I said timing is key, well done imho anyone buying around these levels, and looks to me as though we are set fair for a share price in the 30s or even higher by mid/late summer. | microscope
23/4/2018 09:15 | Long term hold for me but great to see the recovery from the recent distressed selling. A bullish action to fully allay any concerns about cash. Think it is also saying that right now new acquisitions are on hold, while the best investment opportunity is buyback. Fine with that as it also allows mngt to focus on integrating Vocare and setting things straight where prior mngt had neglected certain areas due to its rate of growth. It also talks up the current opportunities facing Vocare. In short a great update. | toadhall1 |
