19/3/2018 09:24 | I thought on this BB people said the Chairman would buy small investors shares, so that these price drops could be avoided? What happened to that? MM are now quite long so unless these results are spectacular, expect price to grind lower | savagedstock
19/3/2018 08:35 | Breakout DOWN on sales (small volume though) at 28p - Offer still at 30p- | pugugly
16/3/2018 13:47 | 40k+ sold at 28p, sales get more desperate every day. Bearish market and if no buyers mm's are ready to fleece any sellers | dave4545
15/3/2018 12:43 | Good to see Vocare winning/renewing contracts... The Somerset loss was for OOH, they continue with the NHS 111 and CAS. | sikhthetech
15/3/2018 10:04 | Nope just a desperate pi selling around 30k at 29p...blimey that is a desperate sale on today's news. People were paying over 34p first thing | dave4545
15/3/2018 09:11 | Perhaps another II selling out? Bob did say they some of them were struggling with the short term nature of the Vocare contracts. To me that is the advantage because they can focus on the profit making ones and of course is the nature of the business. There are lots of contracts regularly up for winning. | nobbygnome
15/3/2018 09:06 | Must be a seller. Cannot believe I've got some at 31p this morning | dave4545
15/3/2018 09:01 | Going down on good news. 4.1m which is a quarter of the market cap | spacedust
15/3/2018 07:28 | So Vocare are still winning contract extensions. It seems to me that Bob and the team are sorting Vocare out which adds further evidence as to the ridiculous undervaluation of TLY. Nobby | nobbygnome
14/3/2018 21:28 | Double post | nobbygnome
14/3/2018 21:27 | >> toad hall Yes I spoke at length to Bob. It was a very interesting conversation and he could not understand the lowly valuation! Nobby | nobbygnome
14/3/2018 16:55 | Micro, spot on... It's a regional problem which was known about... Vocare is 1 subsidiary of TLY and this is one region of Vocare. Hopefully, it will all become clearer when results come out... | sikhthetech
14/3/2018 16:12 | The issues were unique to Somerset, as Vocare's record and certifications elsewhere show, so the market reaction to the end of a non-profitable contract seems illogical to me. Also there were hints I felt, of 'political extremism' imho which even reached to this board at one stage, re-Somerset. Think they are well shot of it, and with no financial impact this looks an opportunity to get some cheap stock at a silly price. | microscope
14/3/2018 16:03 | Totally PLC Vocare agrees to conclude Somerset GP OOH Service 14/03/20 Odd use of words (imo) Conclude ( stop, cease bring to an end, close, wind up, terminate, dissolve) Possibly more correct - Abandon - hand back - (all imo) but could this be symptomatic of problems elsewhere ? At least positive in that it shows TLY management prepared to pull out of non profitable contracts | pugugly
14/3/2018 14:27 | That's great thanks. Yes profitability of Vocare has the question mark in the short term. I have confidence in the mngt to deliver ultimately given reputations and experience but they have to turn around the CQC rating too. It's good they have told you they still expect to be profitable. Nobby, Did you manage to speak to Bob? If so what was his outlook? He was particularly bullish in his 2016 presentation, but I feel he has mellowed a bit since then? | toadhall1
14/3/2018 11:19 | Toadhall, 2 pieces of PR from the company.. | sikhthetech
13/3/2018 20:39 | It was the Shares magazine growth and innovation forum in January. I wrote a report in post 2379. The talk itself by Wendy was not that illuminating but my discussions with the whole team at the stand were considerably more so! This is one of my biggest holdings now because for me it is ridiculously undervalued (as long as Vocare is breaking even/profitable). Of course you should DYOR and this is just IMHO..... Nobby | nobbygnome
13/3/2018 20:22 | Hi Nobby. Which investor conference was that? Any link to watch? Am considering an investment here. | toadhall1
13/3/2018 12:46 | Thanks Nobby...will keep an eye out | savagedstock
13/3/2018 11:02 | When I spoke to them at the Investor conference, they said towards the end of March. Of course they are going to a March year end so they won't be 'final' results. Hopefully we will hear that Vocare is profitable or at the very least not burning cash. We know the cash level is good from the last announcement. Nobby | nobbygnome
13/3/2018 10:02 | Does anyone know when TLY will announce their results? Thanks | savagedstock
11/3/2018 21:08 | Treliske launches emergency command centre | sikhthetech
08/3/2018 10:37 | You don’t need to be here: Patients told to go online before visiting hospital | sikhthetech
23/2/2018 09:30 | Killick sold 1.02% of the Company, so about 530K shares not 53K. We will need to see another announcement of an existing investor took these, otherwise they will be with the market makers. maybe the Chairman is taking £318,000 worth of stock, let's see. The question is why are Killick selling now, ahead of the results? They cannot possibly be taking profits.... | savagedstock |
