3rd April killick n co off loaded a lot of shares and they then held around 2m shares. Maybe they are off loading and ibwoukd expect another holding rns soon

· Awarded the NHS 111 service for Wiltshire, worth £13,125,000 over 5 years and due to launch on the 1st May 2018

· Successfully mobilised the NHS 111 service for Cornwall and the Scilly Isles, a 5 year contract worth £10,248,000 over the contract period

· Awarded a two-year extension to deliver GP Out-of-Hours for the Vale of York with an annual value of £3,000,000

· Secured a one-year extension at £2,998,000 per annum for GP Out-of-Hours services for prisons operating under NHS South Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Groups

· Contract extensions worth a total value of circa £4.1m for urgent care services to be provided to NHS Sunderland and NHS East Leicestershire CCGs and Dental Triage service in North of Tyne and Tees

· 12 month extension for the provision of GP Out-of-Hours service for East Staffordshire, delivered in partnership with Virgin Healthcare at a value of £900,000

Thanks microscope. I saw the 5m rns and was about to add But then saw the weakness in the share price and stayed away. It's ridiculous if any one if my other aim companies got a sniff of a 5m contract it would have multibagged. I think we hit the bottom at 20p dare I say....

Spacedust, I'd give it at least a week or two - here's why - this stock desperately needed today's huge volume day, first to clear the overhang which created this artificially low level, which it has done, and secondly to release distressed holders. 2 million plus shares is unprecedented and done the job better than could ever have anticipated.

And as a long term holder I've sensed there's been a lot of potential buying interest with people waiting for the overhang to clear, so the next week or so should see that unlocked.

The cash, the strong management (Bob Holt is a major city name for a 12 million market cap company - ex-Mears) and the £5 million contract the other day provide powerful evidence that the market cap is a nonsense.

They have a marketplace where demand is rapidly outstripping supply, so contracts should come thick and fast.

Just grossly oversold, no big conspiracy, simple as.

Looking at this simplistically 1x revenue+ cash = £32m mkt cap2x revenue + cash = £53m mkt capI take the first as like to be conservative This priced way too low .. am I missing something here Looking at simplicitically

Almost for sure Kemche, and people latching on to the £5 million contract announced the other day, nearly half the market cap, the healthy cash position and the grossly oversold shareprice.

Back to 33p short term target looking at the chart. There were signs of shorters on the way down, they'll have to scarper now too!

5 year chart today's volume is close to double the previous highest so this is monster volume for Tly and it's probably going to hit 2 mil later

Over 1 million shares have been traded today, even taken a few extra myself, in belief the reversal looks imminent.

Suspect there's a holder needed to liquidate for totally un-company related reasons. For example Miton have been under pressure to redeem some of their holders recently. Could be someone else in a similar situation.

Bob Holt (ex-Mears) has a sound track record and the cash figure is in the accounts.
