11/12/2023 21:02 | 'Hardly any trading and the share price drops.' Lucky it works both ways, then... :¬) Maybe liquidity would be better if they issued more shares? | supernumerary
11/12/2023 21:02 | Yet buying doesn't make it rise | spacedust
11/12/2023 20:24 | The shares are illiquid. Hardly any trading and the share price drops. Do your research - read the company/sector newsflow. | sikhthetech
11/12/2023 18:04 | Take it the 4.5p 2999 sale at 16.40 was yours | nigeldoug
11/12/2023 14:06 | Sells galore going through | spacedust
10/12/2023 22:31 | If the bear points can be countered then it makes the bull case stronger. If the bull points can be countered then it makes the bear case stronger. The facts speak for themselves. None of the deramping stories 1gw has been suggesting here have come true. Therefore, it makes the bull case stronger. I'm sure 1gw and his mates will continue to come up with more stories hoping some gullible enough will believe them. I'm sure the odd 1 will happen and 1gw and his mates will milk it. TLY have a diversified business model, and provide their services in all 4 UK Nations and Republic of Ireland. Interims published. There's evidence of IIs increasing their stakes. There was no placing as the derampers said there would be. The fy dividend was paid and post H1 end. The CFO wasn't replaced. Do your research - read the company/sector newsflow. | sikhthetech
09/12/2023 13:32 | Sikhthetech, You have been very quiet over on the House Builders BB's. Haven't you any new bad news to add, lol! Very unlike you, lol! What's the matter, share price gone against you, lol, not as much as TLY, lol, just lol! | beckers2008
08/12/2023 16:20 | Another strange RNS from Tly? It's actually a decent add since their last holdings notice afaics, with 25.7m shares being a 1.7m shares increase on the 24.0m declared in the 13th July RNS. In that 13th July RNS the holding was given as 12.24%. But you wouldn't know it from today's RNS which reports the previous notification as 12.97%. The same seems to have happened with their 13th July RNS which reported their previous position as 11.96% when as far as I can see they actually reported 11.03% in a 10th March RNS. One explanation might be that Stonehage are reporting to Totally more frequently than Totally is publishing RNS's. Stonehage produce monthly factsheets for their AIM fund and perhaps they report their position to Totally at the end of each month as part of that monthly reporting process? In any event, shouldn't Totally or their Nomad check these things and report the last position RNS'd? | 1gw
08/12/2023 16:11 | I may be mistaken but in other companies that Stonehage reference is the employee shareholding fund, could it be so in this case ? | bmcollins
08/12/2023 16:04 | Yep 4/12/23 RNS.Stonehage seem to have increased a few times over the last year or so. If they're so interested in TLY, I can't see them stopping buying now whilst we're sat at multi-year lows. I guess their next TR1 will be 14%, hopefully announced over the coming weeks.Pleased to see I'm not the only one seeing value down here. | parob
08/12/2023 15:57 | Has Smeller cleared | spacedust
08/12/2023 15:44 | Very encouraging to see Stonehage Fleming increasing. Perhaps Liontrust will add more too :) | parob
08/12/2023 15:41 | Why do the EU directives still apply? | spacedust
08/12/2023 15:37 | Good to see Stonehage increasing their holding. Liontrust increased their holding in Oct and now Stonehage. ;-) I'm still adding. | sikhthetech
08/12/2023 14:54 | Recovery appears to be picking up speed now and it's a Friday afternoon when volumes are generally light. I am hopeful volumes will pick up next week and the price will snap back up too. AIMO. | parob
08/12/2023 13:09 | 16p in 2024 | spacedust
08/12/2023 12:45 | Well I think some will be surprised by how quickly this recovers back to the 7p level. Wouldn't surprise me to see TLY on the leaderboard one day next week. Those 4 long blue candles on the chart were caused by Sneller selling out and imo the recovery could be just as swift. | parob
08/12/2023 12:31 | Lawrence and Barter were actually quoted as saying they could notUnderstand share price weakness at 36p last year yet don't appear to have invested one single cent of their own money since. Says it all | quazie12
08/12/2023 11:33 | Well I'm happy to buy at the lows with the opportunity provided by Sneller the seller :)Similar thing happened at MIRI about 6 months ago with Odey selling out completely and the price crashing to 1.3p. Negativity was at its highest and that's when I was buying. Sold out between 2-2.3p.I've initially bought this as a trade but happy to re-assess depending on news-flow. Totally is worth more than current market cap of £10M imo.Sticking with my conviction :) | parob
08/12/2023 10:16 | P, Don't get carried away with the incoming Chairman, it was probably written into the contract that the New Chairman shows support by buying a certain amount of shares. If the CEO and more importantly the FD see value here, then surely they would buy? Pretty obvious really... They think the share price of TLY is going lower. | beckers2008
08/12/2023 10:10 | Thanks but I'm in for the recovery to 7.2p from 4.5p and will reassess then. I reckon this will start moving up after a few days consolidating around this level.I can understand the bitterness from those buying much higher up, but I think there's good value here and it seems the chairman agrees. Best of luck whatever you decide to do. | parob
08/12/2023 09:43 | Maybe the other directors "know" they are going to be getting shares for free... When someone leaves a scheme as a result of leaving a company not of their volition they are often considered to be "good leavers" - don't know if this applies to the bonus scheme here etc. but if it does.... | fenners66 |
